Went in there today to get my grandmas tablet fixed she had forgotten her passcode and it was permanently disabled so so they told me itās appointment only we made an appointment it was about over two hours. Wait, which was perfectly fine and I understand they were busy. We then waited about 40 minutes past my appointment and then a lady can help me. She was nice. she was polite. She hooked up my grandmaās tablet to a computer and said OK give me five minutes for this to finish and Iāll come back and help you guys with the rest. She never came back, I sat there over a hour and no one never checked on us. I kept trying to look for her, couldnāt find her asking other people for help but they kept telling me that theyāre gonna send someone no one ever did and I ended up just taking my tablet and leaving and still having the same problem . If she needs to help other people that was totally fine she couldāve just let us know. Gave us some type of direction. This was my first time I had no idea what I was doing, but overall, not the greatest experience.

I had a terrible experience at this Apple Store. The staff member wasted a huge amount of my time. I waited patiently for a process he never even started properly. After I realized this and tried to ask what was going on, he just smiled at me as if my time and concern meant nothing.
When I called the manager to explain the situation, instead of addressing the issue or showing any understanding, he told me not to ātalk to his team like that.ā I was polite and simply shared how frustrated I was after hours of waiting with no progress, yet he chose to ignore my concerns and even called security on me which was both insulting and completely unprofessional and unnecessary.
I left calmly, but the experience was deeply disappointing and disrespectful. Apple has truly lost me as a customer. The staff and manager here urgently need training on how to treat customers with basic respect and professionalism.

***For Online delivery pickup orders, please double check the product serial number printed on the receipt matches the product serial number that you are picking up*** I had the worst online delivery pickup experience at this store. The salesperson handed me the same iPhone model that I ordered but the serial number printed on the iPhone was different. The salesperson literally handed over to me some other customer's web order. Went to get my iPhone checked , would not ring when someone called me. I went there 3 different, each time I left they said iPhone is working. Next day same problem, do not waste your time going there for help. I called Apple 800 number, they had it fixed over the phone, in less than an hour.
