“The service department at this business is excellent! More specifically, Anthony in the service department was beyond helpful. He chose to take my call at the end of a busy workday and help me work through the possible concerns that I had for my oven/hood. He spoke to me with respect, which is sometimes hard to find when you are a woman trying to call and get service help. He treated me respectfully and in a very intelligent and understandable manner. He spent a good amount of time workshopping my problem. In the end, he not only had a resolution to my concern, but I had a great respect for his patience and attention to detail. If you think you need service, this is the place to call! I’m so glad that I have purchased two of my major appliances through them.”

He helped me pick the perfect dinning table and was very patient with me throughout the entire process. He was very polite and would answer all my questions over the phone. “Meno's is the best used appliance store that me and my husband have ever been to. We have been using them for years. Bought a dryer from them about 3 years ago and it's still working great ?. Today I bought a washing machine Jimmy was amazing to deal with as usual. He has great customer service answers all your questions and just so quick to help. “Excellent inventory. I was amazed to see how many options I had to choose from. I did purchase an appliance and it has been working flawlessly for weeks now. It didn't arrive on time and I did hafta cancel an appointment to remain home for the 4 hour late delivery. However the delivery driver was extra courteous and even offered to hook it up even though I declined do to a needed repair to the plumbing. Delivery fee for a 5 mile delivery with hook up was $20. That's a deal ... Thanks, I will be back if I need another appliance. NOTE: Every appliance regardless of its age was thoroughly cleaned and prepped for sale?????”

“Just go here. They will have the part you need. I needed a special piece for my shower plumbing. This place was the only spot that had what I needed. I live in an old home. Home Depot and other places said they would need to order it. However, water leaks can't wait. Now I know to just go here in the first place. Save time and get the job done right.”

“Excellent Service! Knowledgeable in the Appliance Industry. I brought my LG dryer in for a tuneup because of a screeching sound. Mr. Perez diagnosed it and fixed it for 1/3 of the price that other repair shops quoted me to have it repaired. I had to pay more as a tip just to make my conscience feel better. I highly recommend this place to have your appliance repaired. If you are looking to buy and own, there is a great selection to choose from. This establishment has many parts on hand so that customers do not have to wait to have parts ordered and delivered. LGs require special parts and ordering, however, I did not have this issue.”
