Knew my upper ball joint was near failure but didn't think I was that close, grinding noise headed to my shop had me needing a tow. They showed up in 25 min, super polite, handled my car with care and had some good conversation on the way to my shop. Made a stressful situation a little more enjoyable and relaxing! Thank you!

My wife lost car keys on trail at 9000' deep in Yosemite. I knew we were screwed from that moment. Roadside assistance through my insurance was simply a disaster as expected and left us stranded another night. Park services was useless other than advising a day late that we arrange our own tow. This is not easy. Many companies simply won't go up there or they charge a fortune. Arrahien didn't even receive my coordinates but came up from Modesto anyway to try to help us out. Their quote was fair for the distance. One company wanted $1000 for only a chance at service in 5 hrs. It was a difficult spot, but Arrahien were skillful and made it look easy. The driver was super professional, spotlessly clean truck, and friendly and fun to talk to for the long drive. I can't recommend them highly enough. Sidenote, a Chinese couple had been stranded at Yosemite gate for an 11/2 hrs, no English, keys locked in the car. Arrahien used his translator app to communicate with them and had them back on the road in less than 10 minutes.
