Was connected through Geico for coverage. We were with them for less than a month, if it is this hard while trying to create a rapport while trying to give them money I can only imagine the pain it would be like when I need them to cover/insurance a claim. DO NOT bother creating a policy

Got a new insurance policy with Arrowhead (still have the policy with them).No written communication about an upcoming inspection. Started getting unexpected phone call about home insurance inspection that I ignored thinking it's spam. Now the policy is marked "pending cancelled". Neither Arrowhead call center or the inspection company call center is reachable to resurrect the policy.Arrowhead's quotes might be competitive, but the customer service is non existent, so better avoid and take your business elsewhere.

Sent us a letter to trim trees next to our house. I trimmed the trees but forgot to send them the photos. I had to call them and wait on hold to get the email address I was supposed to send the photos to. I called them again after they didn’t renew our policy. I then I had to get another quote and, of course, the rates went up. The lady I spoke to at Arrowhead was unhelpful and generally uncaring. My experience with arrowhead was poor and I recommend choosing a different homeowners insurance company if you can.
