For my first time visiting this office, it went extremely well. Everyone treated me carefully, kindly, and quickly. They explained everything to us in detail and understandable. They help to have the best help for your treatment coverage. Thank you very much for everything to the group and doctors who work at Aspen Dental. I recommend this place 100%.

I was so impressed by how clean every thing was. All the equipment was state of the art The technician that cleaned my teeth took her time to make sure she didn'tmiss a thing.The dentist and her assistant were so professional and patient and kind,I am so glad I chose Aspen dental.

My mom is in severe pain and was lied to by one of the employees that told her they take her insurance, so she scheduled an appointment and the morning of her appointment they called her, and was told by another employee that they don’t take her insurance, so now she has to go through this whole process of finding a dentist all over again bc of false information being given to her.

Horrible they booked me a appointment told me everything was good to go and then when I was going to go in and contacted the office luckily I did that because then I was told they don't accept my insurance after I was told they did and made me a appointment and mind you they were all nice and sweet and as soon as they found out they wouldn't be getting money out of me or my insurance wasn't accepted the nice politeness went away and it was okay bye horrible all only nice because they are money hungry and they didn't try to work with me at all horrible horrible I wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you like fake people that are only pretending to care to get your money try calling and telling them you dint have insurance and you dying know if you can pay for the whole visit with cash and watch how quick the fake sweet talk goes away

Unprofessional Dentist. Doesn’t read patients file in regards to allergies to medication. She expects the patient to tell her what to prescribe, has the patient call the pharmacy to ask what is okay to prescribe and then still is unable to decide = must of cheated on her exam.

I wanted a dental clean. Still shopping. I confirmed x2 with people on the phone that's what will happen on my visit, but upon arrival, insists on getting an x ray first, then no guarantee of dental cleaning. No thanks.

Hi! This is a review for the dental surgery team that comes to Aspen Dental Modesto once a month. I have a review for the actual office in Google Reviews.About the team, they were absolutely amazing! I was a huge ball of anxiety when I walked in, but I left feeling great.Pros- The general anesthesia knocked me out so good. My last memory in the office was that second pump of anesthesia and the next I woke up, I was already on the ride home in the passenger's seat.- Super fast! Set up took about 40 minutes from waiting room to anesthesia. 25 minutes for surgery (got 5 teeth out). 15 minutes for me to wake up and be transferred to my car.- They gave me paper instructions on what to do at home and other things I needed like gauze, a flush, etc. That combined with my extensive list from website blogs on what and what not to do, my recovery was pretty easy and pain free. If anything, I was mainly sore, but that's it. I didn't get dry socket which was my biggest relief.Con- They sent my medicine to where I previously lived instead of the Target CVS close by where I told them to send the medicine when I called in a few days beforehand. I was told over the phone that they changed it, but I guess not. I wasn't conscious when my partner spoke to them so I couldn't fight for it to be changed, so we had to drive all the way to Brentwood (which was an hour away) to grab the meds then drive back to Lathrop where we live because they couldn't be bothered to switch the pharmacy they sent the drugs to. I was so nauseous from the 2hr drive by the time we got back home. PLEASE verify the pharmacy your meds will be located before you go for surgery so yall don't have the same mishap. The Target CVS pharmacy is literally so close to Aspen.I don't mind going through the process again as long as the medicine situation was correct. I was super comfy and everyone was so nice.

This dental office was everything we needed. My grandfather's dental insurance turned out to cover squat, so I began shopping around to find somewhere that could help us. Our initial visit with Aspen was incredible. They gave us a hefty discount, supported us in obtaining financing, and were just so kind the whole time, and it was a lengthy initial visit! My grandpa has fairly substantial dementia, so he is very easily confused and struggles to understand directions, and often is easily overwhelmed. Every staff member at Aspen was so lovely, patient, gentle, and kind to him without treating him like an infant. He really enjoyed his time there and remarked as much numerous times after we left the office. I am so grateful we found Aspen!
