“Came here to get a few things as I always do, during my shopping I encounter staff by the name of Phillip who not only greeted me with a smile and a gesture of asking how my day was going, he also pointed me in the direction of stuff I needed and didn’t hesitate to ask if I needed more help as he was helping others do the same. I remember getting this type of treatment many years ago were customer service was most important and Philip understands the importance of taking care of his customers. “I went it today to make a payment on my car loan, and I was greeted by Anica. She was very sweet, and helpful. I was making a payment on my past due loan, and she took care of all my concerns and was very reassuring but professional too. I usually try avoiding going to the bank with the long wait times but my visit was quick and easy. I left the bank with a smile on my face all thanks to Anica.”
