I am absolutely shocked and angry with AT&T. I have not been to your store in McHenry Village, in Modesto. California. I have been on my phone calling to discuss a serious situation. I am at this very moment on hold with AT&T. I am a long time customer and having a difficult situation with your company. I will come to your store this week, to work out this problem.

Was in and out. Paid my bill, was offered a great bundle deal to add a cell phone. Only reason I denied is because I am currently obligated to another phone provider

Horrible customer service here. They treat you like they don't even care about you. I was told 2 different things from 2 different reps which resulted in me having to do multiple trips to and from the att store. I finally went to another att store & was treated much better. Do not recommend this location at all.

Switched sim now phone isn't working. I Was switching from the iphone 13 to the galaxy s twenty four. The young lady that switched the SIM cards just pulled out one sim card and plopped it into the new one. As I was driving down the road, I realized it's not working and "couldn't connect to network" so I took it to another ATT store over by the mall. And they had to type in something about my phone into the computer to make it work.
