Everywhere i look it says they close at 6 pm, but I tried to open the doors at 5:34pm to buy a charger. Unfortunately, the place was closed, and the rep was already pre closing with locked doors.

Fast, friendly, and responsive. I was having some trouble with my service. Went in thinking it was going to take a few long minutes, since it looked like a busy day for them all but honestly one of the most fast pace but dedicated employees I’ve seen. Manager came in right away to help about and sorted everything out fast and friendly gentleman.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Nevin at the AT&T store, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I had been struggling with a persistent issue with my phone, and despite visiting several other AT&T stores, no one seemed able or willing to help. It was disheartening to feel turned away time and again, but then I met Nevin.
From the moment I walked into the store, Nevin greeted me with a warm smile and genuine concern. He listened attentively to my problem, and I could sense his determination to resolve the issue. Unlike the other stores where I felt like just another customer, Nevin made me feel valued and understood. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem and explain the steps he would take to fix it.
What stood out the most was Nevin's unwavering dedication and patience. He went above and beyond, working tirelessly to ensure my phone was functioning perfectly. His technical expertise was impressive, but it was his compassion and kindness that truly touched my heart. At one point, I became quite emotional, overwhelmed by his willingness to help when others had turned me away. Nevin didn't just fix my phone; he restored my faith in exceptional customer service.
Nevin's incredible service was a blessing, and I felt a profound sense of gratitude. He exemplifies what it means to go the extra mile for a customer. His positive attitude, empathy, and professionalism are truly commendable. I believe that such kindness does not go unnoticed, and I am certain that God will be with him in all his endeavors.

This will be my go to store. Was helped by an associate named Nevin, he was extremely helpful, nice, thorough and made sure I knew how to work my phone and got everything transferred for me. 10/10 will go back and always ask for him.
