This store was INCREDIBLE! Staff was okay but Nevin helped me so much with my new I phone! If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have got so much information about my new phone. He also sold me a charger that's been working for me for almost a year now! That's incredible if I can say so myself! Thank you NEVIN for your service I love my new phone!!!

I would rate it a negative 5 stars. And I will never bring my business here again. Today, there's only 1 employee with brown skin with big white glasses. He didn't greet me but greeted another person of no color. That arrived 15 mins after. Racism much? This USED to be a great place with great service, now it looks depressing. I'll be going elsewhere. I hope this place closes or turns into a Verizon. Grow up.

Just went in to upgrade my phones for my boys for Christmas Nevin was amazing he went out of his way to let me know about internet discount and I wasn't even inquiring. This store in particular has always been so amazing they have great customers service and always go out of there way to find me the best deals.

I highly recommend the AT&T store at 801 Oakdale Rd. Not only do they have a decent selection, but the reason I go there is for their outstanding customer service. They always know how to fix the challenge, and if they don’t know they find out. I recently ordered my new phone through Adam. He was an absolute delight, very professional, kind, and down to earth. Not pushy in the least. If it’s technical support you’re looking for, they also have the market cornered. Again with their outstanding customer service. I have been going to this particular store for years. If you’re looking for answers, looking for a phone or looking for technical support this is the place to go.

The staff were totally misleading. I would highly not recommend this store to anybody. They said it would be $70 for 2 phone lines verbally over the phone. Then came into store; activated phones and price mysteriously went up to $120 per month plus $70 in activation fees. This was completely unprofessional and the AT&T on McHenry is much more honest and professional. They are straightforward. Unfortunately I had to do this because AT&T on Oakdale was misleading. This has been a perpetuate problem at this specific location. I cancel all witchcraft in Jesus name. I tear down every alter in the name of Jesus. I'm covered by the blood of the lamb. Hallelujah, Jesus is King. Jesus is Lord I cancel every assignment, curse, spell, psychic abilities, chants, incantation etc. in Jesus name! God bless. No weapon formed against me shall prosper.

I just called this store @9:03am on April 3rd and at first the lady that help me was really nice. I wanted to see if they had any iPhone 14 pro in stock and they didn’t so I told her that I would check the ceres store and I before I could even finish she hung up on me. I think if you work in customer service, you should have a little more patience because I was actually gonna see if they had any of the 14 in stock. Her lost on the commission. So disrespectful and rude. Won’t bring my business to this store ever again.

Very helpful and friendly help me with my phone issues with my SIM. Within a few minutes, my phone was up and running again that was extremely helpful since I was leaving out of town.

Top Tier customer service at this location!! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and informative, beyond measure. Better than any other ATT stores and surrounding. I recently had a terrible customer experience with the Riverbank location, and their overall lack of management skills, courtesy to customers, and overall professionalism, to say the very least.Edgar and Jonathan are EXEPTIONAL at what they do at this location! Edgar helped me from the start and provided knowledgeable info to make the experience more comfortable, and smoother than before. I will definitely be a returning customer!

As soon as we entered the store ... we were greeted by Christine ... and the rest is history. Christine helped us all through out the process... Christine is knowledgeable and have a lot of patience in dealing with senior citizens like us. Oscar and Jonathan D were helpful and friendly as well. We had a very satisfying experience in this store. The staff were AWESOME (3 thumbs up) ...
