AT&T Riverbank location is definitely my go to. Miriam was very sweet helpful and did everything she could to help me and my husband while we were there. My phone got wet and had to be replaced and she helped get another iPhone . The process was easy. really appreciate her great service.

Outstanding Customer Service!
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and immediate readiness to assist. Jasmine knew exactly what I needed. Although the item wasnât in stock, she quickly arranged for it to be ordered, and the entire process took less than 30 minutes. Jasmine is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend herâthis was by far the best customer service experience Iâve had in a long time.

Victor had the most upstanding and welcoming guest service I believe I've ever experienced. He didn't just sell a phone, he sold the experience of buying an amazing product. Answered all of my questions with ease while adding comprehensive details in his responses. Is an extremely knowledgeable representative, with a positive and welcoming attitude. With employees like Victor, I felt like an appreciated loyal consumer!

Came in a few weeks ago to switch to AT&T. Everything went smoothly until recently when we got the bill. It came out to be THREE times what we were told. An almost 500 dollar bill, which we cannot afford. Not only did they fail tell us about the mistakes THEY made, which caused the bill to be so high, but they refused to help. They repeatedly said âI cannot help youâ and âI donât know what to tell you.â Seriously?! These are YOUR mistakes. When asked to speak with manager, they declined. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND IS A FRAUD.

Walked in 20 min to close because my phone gave me a no sim message and had no service to call or text and the girl told me they couldn't help me because they were about to close and to call tech support. I had to drive home to connect to wifi and to use another phone to call and have them fix the problem. Was a 15 min phone call. Took me longer to drive home and find the correct number to call.

My husband and I went into inquire about upgrading our phones and let me start by saying we've never been to an establishment where they had employees so blatantly disrespectful & just rude not only to us but everyone who entered the store. And openly carrying weed in their work bag where anyone can see not even trying to hide it.. sheesh at least keep it zipped.. all around horrible experience. After we left we noticed that our phones had been turned off and had to return to have them fix their mess up ...
