Excellent service. The manager goes above and beyond as so does his staff. I went in for a charging system, check and found out my battery was no good. Upon attempting to replace it found out the positive clamp was corroded. They were afraid at first to attempt to repair due to the length of battery cable left, and if the battery cable underneath the clamp was corroded, there wouldn’t be any left to reattach a new clamp. Moises was willing to take the chance and made the repair for me at no charge. They swapped the battery out with a new one. They ran the charging system check everything came back good, So hopefully the corroded clamp was the only problem. I’m back up and running. I’m very happy.

Ordered and paid for parts. No call, nothing so I drive down and they say my parts were canceled. They reordered parts and told me they would call if there were any problems. Agian no call and no parts. They held my money for 10 days now with no calls or parts. Do not order parts from this store!!!!! You will not receive them and have to call and drive there multiple times to get your money back.

Alex, at AutoZone Oakdale road in Modesto replaced my brake lights for me and refused a tip. He was very professional and one heck of a guy. I recommend looking him up for your auto parts needs.

My husband and I purchased a car battery here and took it home to put it in my car. Unfortunately we couldn't get the casing that was around my battery off to replace it with the new battery so we jumped started my car and took it back to auto zone hoping someone could help us. Moises was amazing. He took the time to come out to the parking lot to give us a hand. He was able to get the casing off and get the new battery installed. I can't thank him enough for his help.
