Good afternoon, I would like to greatly thank Carlos the manager at store # 5225 was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate his patience with me explaining what I needed and possible ways to correct the problem I was having with my vehicle . And ever since it has corrected the problem and if it wasn’t for his knowledge and patience I would’ve had to take in my vehicle and spend tripple or more the amount of cost for parts and labor . The only expense I had was $945.00 w/ Autozone compare to $4380. (Estimate ) from Nissan dealership) to resolve the problem I was having . Thank you again Carlos .

Carlos, at the E Hatch Road in Ceres went above and beyond to help me today. I had my three month old granddaughter in the truck with me and the transmission line broke. I was able to make it to the AutoZone. Carlos and the other staff helped me with several options and allowed me to use a few tools to repair the line. Beyond thankful for his help and professional service!!

Not much to say here. Autozone always has what I need or can order it. We just got a 2002 Dodge Durango and of course, It's not in mint condition. It needed a battery, an antenna, new mats, steering wheel cover, and seat covers. I got to use my rewards from my account there. Good experience as usual.
