I usually go to Prescott Ave or McHenry stores. They have the best knowledgeable people working there. Luis at Prescott is really good at getting what you need. And Christian helped me get a receipt I lost. Thank you both.

Be careful when you buy something and if you have to return it make sure that it is returned in full. It happened to me that a manager who had a Hispanic mustache told me that I was crazy that they had already returned it in full and I had to show bank account receipts and wait an hour for prove to them that they were wrong and told them that sometimes the client is also right. AND THEY SAW THAT THEY WERE WRONG AND THEY RETURNED MY MONEY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

If I could rate it with 6 stars, I would. The guys working the night shift were great help and hilarious too! Especially Jose (Christian) and Robert. (He knows who this is haha) I got what I was looking for and Robert had some good recommendations for my car. Definitely will choose to come to this AutoZone in the future, Thank you :)

Kristian Morales was very helpful when I thought all Hope was lost I was trying to accomplish a repair that of course on the old vehicle takes a lot of money but he understood how products can go bad and be defective. He made an exception and a customer for life at least at the Prescott location the whole crew that was there was very helpful as well. I will be going to the Prescott location for all my items from now on.
