My mother ( who is disabled mind you ) an I came in to ask for some help regarding a problem with her car ( she explained what was going on ) an the looked at us like we had 2 head an then they refused to help us get said part an had my mother retrieve it for them. Customer services lacks tenfold

I have bought multiple parts there over the years and have always been happy. Last year I bought a new battery for my truck. A few weeks later I tried to smog my truck for it's yearly tags. It couldn't be tested because the computer had been recently reset. After a year of attempting to get a smog test and continually being told my computer was still not registering enough highway miles to test, I had the techs at Dodge take a look. They said my battery was dropping below 10 amps everytime I start the truck, which makes the computer reset each time I start the truck. I took the battery back to Autozone and explained my predicament. They tested the battery with their little handheld unit, told me the battery was fine, and said there was nothing they could do about it. I asked if there was any warranty so that I could simply exchange for a new one and pay any difference. They told me no and sent me on my way. I will NEVER buy another part from Autozone. I basically threw away over $200 on a battery that I now have to replace. I paid the State for my tags but since the truck can't be smog tested my tags are over 1 year expired. Luckily I haven't been pulled over yet.

I’ve gone to multiple auto zones but this one my favorite, always helping and answering all my questions. The staff and managers always go the extra mile, If what I am not looking for is not there they call multiple stores or order it. I live far but drive over there for the good Customer service.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Christian Arreola and was helped with my vehicles parts . He was helpful and provided me different options and warranties with the stores inventory. I was reminded to enter my rewards number as I forget from my disability. The store was clean and in good order and the store manager was helpful by providing me with a stress free visit
I will continue to be a customer with a store like autozone ?
