Had a very great experience with Carrasco. I was trying to get my Malibu to pass smog. Everytime I fix one the another code pops up. Carrasco was so helpful at changing my battery. Making sure I got the correct parts for my car. He even took the time to utube items. I am very pleased he didn't hesitate to help me Everytime I came in. I'm so grateful someone cared. Had an engine light on and had them check it out for FREE! I almost made an appointment at a garage that would have cost $50. Turned out I just had to drive it for a bit since it's been sitting for a while.

Jose and Josie were friendly and helpful when I went in Friday evening. This was the very first time I had the oil light flash in my new car. I didn’t know what type I should use as it’s my first newer year car, and Jose was super helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to finding out exactly what I needed. He even offered to pour the oil for me and showed me exactly what to do for the next time. Thank you guys again!! (:

Extremely rude staff that doesn't attempt to help. We will not shop there again. The two young women need training on how to communicate and maybe we would shop in person and no online. But after this experience. Autozone is off our list.

Went to this location and wanted to give a special thanks to two individuals who helped me when I was in a vulnerable situation. I was not from the area and was just here for a quick visit. After giving Marco my feedback on what was happening with my car he was proactive in providing a solution along with Jasmine helping to expedite the process. Nowadays it can be a challenge to find good cutomer service especially in the youthful population but these two were great! Thank you both for being a blessing for me on Monday night. To the Manager wanted to say these guys did deliver what I would expect the company wants as an example of good customer service. Thanks again guys!

Our battery died and we were walking distance from Auto Zone, walked over to get help and Juan M, the manager provided outstanding customer service, Went above and beyond. Managers like him need to be kept and promoted.

Abraham and Gerardo are the absolute BEST in finding the oil I needed!! I'm a woman with a new car. Gerardo showed me how to check oil and what kind to put in. Abraham looked feverishly for the type of oil I needed and found a rebate for me that saved me 30 bux! I'll definitely use these guys as my Auto Parts friends forever! Thanks guys!
