My Mother (Severly Disabled 87 year old, legally/deaf) was defrauded out of her entire life savings. Bank of America, Modesto California Branch failed to follow its own policies and allowed a suspicious transaction to occur, wherein her life savings was emptied. We filed an internal fraud report with BofA, who alleged they conducted an internal investigation finding no fraud and denied her claim. BofA knew of a suspected fraud attempt and allowed a fraudulant check to be cashed for over $100,000. Now BofA will do nothing to remedy the situation. She is in desparate need of assistance. She is very suseptable to intimidation by the bank and has already been severly victimized by first a criminal and now by the Financial Istitution she has used for over 50 years

This is bank isbthe worst. Tried to close out my deceased father's accounts and was told they don't do that there. I told them that estates services says you do. I pointed out on paperwork where it states they can fill out section of paperwork and sign as witness. The banker said it has to be notarized and they don't do that. It was like they are told to do anything to prevent closing any accounts. This reminded me why I don't bank with them

There's a dark Mexican look banker at this bank who is extremely rude to her customers. She has never satisfied or served me n my family every time we go. Today she told us that she has no $100 dollars bill. I mean wtf? Are you telling me your bank has no hundred dollar bills?! She deserves the lowest performance rating. Don't waste you time in lines here. Go elsewhere.

Ridiculous wait times. 40+ minutes to see a teller is unacceptable. Seems to be a pattern with of BofAs. Please hire more staff you can afford it.

Listen to all the other reviews and RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS BANK. Go to literally any other bank. They have no idea what they're talking about and will take your money "for business reasons". They don't care about you or that people actually have lives. They'll tell you "everything is all good :)" when you're in the store, but send you an email at 8 o clock at night, when they aren't even open that your account was terminated and you can't access anything FOR NO REASON. Stupid as hell. Waste of time and money when I could have gone to Chase

Honestly I'm a loyal chase banker, but I had a Bank of America check sent to me so I figured I'd walk in and cash it here instead of at chase. Line wasn't too long so I figured I should be in and right back out, right? Nope! 30 minute wait!! Only 4 people in front of me, 2 at the windows and 2 in line. All had very simple requests yet these tellers are moving at turtle like pace. Finally I reach the window and the lady with the glasses... I have NO WORDS for how RUDE she was to me for absolutely no reason at all!! I'm actually taken back thinking about how rude she was to me. Like wow imagine if I WAS a banker here I would DEFINITELY switch after this encounter. At the end of my transaction I ask her if she can put my cash into an envelope and she looks at me, rolls her eyes, pushes my cash thru the window and follows with an envelope stating, "you'll have to do that yourself." Just wow. Chase would NEVERRRRRR!! I will never ever return to a Bank of America again and I'm so glad I choose to bank with chase, where they will smile at me and gladly take FIVE SECONDS to put my cash into the envelope for me.

Went into bank to open accounts for my kids. With one person ahead of us. Another person came after us 25 mins of waiting. The representative took that person ahead of us after 45mins of waiting. Very bad customer service.
