My first time here and i dont think im going back my friend recommended me to open a savings account here with my wife I personally use wells fargo for over 10 years we walked in on a friday with no appointment there was no people waiting they told us we can help you but is gonna be a 30 minutes wait i was like ok as long they help us no problem i can wait we waited for over an hour for them to tell us that it was too late and that we have to make an appointment..they should’ve told me that when I walked in and not hour and a half later i waited for nothing

I was given my bank of America uniployment card with o money I never received my uniployment funds that I was supposed to get 13,200$ and never received my money told me I won't be getting my uniployment because I couldn't prove my identity and that was my uniployment from working part time for 2 years I want my money

The lines are always long. Does not matter what time of day. At least the tellers are wonderful, that's why it gets three stars

I needed to reset my ATM pin, but their system didn't work and needed a manager override. The manager refused to see me. As a result, I'm not able to get to the money in my business' account so everything has to come to a halt. That's how BofA treats a 20+ yr. customer.Stick to the local banks. They are much more helpful.

I decided to write this review an hour and a half into my 2 hour wait to make a payment inside the bank. That's literally all you need to know about this place. Only two tellers in the middle of the day, you get no type of customer service from anyone else in the place. Good luck.
