This BMO bank is horrible since they changed from B of W. I closed my account and they continued to send overdraft fees in the amount of $510.89, and threatened to report me to the credit bureau. I tried going In person and calling to no avail. I never received a call back as promised. I even filed a complaint with their corporate office in SF. They screwed up my mortgage, credit and utility payments and caused me countless hours of distress. I am a disabled senior citizen and the are trying to bully and rob me. BEWARE this bank is heartless and evil!

When you open an account here be sure to check all the fine print for monthly fees that they may charge. If I was informed of these fees before they affected my account I would probably still do buisness here!

charged me for 4 overdraft fees. After I already transferred funds management refused to do the right thing giving me small print excuses and will not even call me back. I will be taking my money elsewhere at the first opportunity.

bad place to have a business account. managers dont return call requests and they nickel and dime you at every oppritunity even after 8 years

Been banking with BOW for about ten years now and always loved it, the passed several times I’ve had to visit the branch inside the tellers were hit or miss. Recently it seems they have not received thorough training or just don’t have great customer service skills. Ive been told different things on different visits I’ve had for what I was trying to change on my account, and was told again today at my appointment I was missing something else I wasn’t told about prior, so today I decided to just close my account, went across the street to Chase bank and will do my banking there from here on out. Such a shame.

We've had to make over ten trips to this bank to get an account closed for a deceased family member. Every time we come in, they say they need something else, which we provide. The manager refuses to come out and assist. Stay away from this bank.

Wow, never knew about this branch as we just moved here from Tracy 4 years ago. I was so impressed, 3 tellers operating, great atmosphere, they were ALL so nice and helpful. I'm going to start coming to this branch from now on!

Don't like the Bank Manager here. She could be replaced by a computer and the bank would get less complaints. I no longer deposit here just withdrawl from the ATM. I have to be too far out of my way to use that too!!!

Ok so I come to the bank to cash a check and they want to charge me a $9.50 fee to cash it. Ok so what about the $10.00 that I wasted in gas sitting and wait for some one to help me. And it was not Busy at all the girls just sat and talked and looking at people. Like really that's sad. You have 4 lanes that are full of people waiting for help come on get it together.

Where do I begin with all my recent bad experience? To start first, I called for an auto loan in June. I got approved over the phone with their satellite process. When I called the branch to sign docs, they said they were "too busy" for me, so I had to sign elsewhere. Then my renewal for my debit card came up, a new card never came to me. I called to get a new one, I told them to rush it and they said it would get there 3-5 business days. I got it in 7 days, and they made me pay for "rushing" it. I tried to set up the pin and I called customer service and they were unable to help me. I just can't stop in the branch to deal with their errors and lack of customer service. I work and I'm on the road. After 10 years with B of West, I decided to go with another local bank this past weekend.. This lack of customer service was very disappointing and too much when a short period of time. I felt like they didn't care for my business or resolving my issues.
