I had one of the BEST banking experiences of my life! Nelson warmly guided me through the entire auto loan process as I transitioned from decades with Bank of America to joining the PNC family.

Hector was awesome and helped me jump through some ladders I was facing and went above and beyond. All bankers I’ve dealt with at this branch have been fantastic, my favorite branch for sure

A terrible place to bank. I've physically banked at this branch since it was Stockton Savings & Loans. I was there during the times of Guarantee bank , BBVA, and Finally PNC. PNC has constantly dropped the ball not only for myself but those I'm close with. During the transition nobody could tell me what service level my new PNC account would be at. Nobody could tell me what features would change or be added. The employees themselves admitted there was a lack of training. I pushed through it and found myself in the dark, I called customer support only to be told "I get a lot of calls from BBVA customers and they aren't happy with the changes" not a good sign from their own rep. Fast forward to last week. I visited the branch for a deposit and like usual, the ATM was down. It was just before 5, the door was locked, I stood at the door only to be ignored and told "sorry bro, were closed, try the lakes". I understand it was Friday and everyone wanted to go home. But considering the ATM was down, you'd think they would be been open to assistance.I've already opened an account with the competition. My mother, spouse, in-laws, and the two friend I recommended will be closing accounts with PNC. A total of 9.I've been in contact with retail support, but they can't even seem to reply to me within 6 business days. Time to write them off as a loss.Save the Tylenol, pick a different bank.

friendlier staff, and parking is so much better than the Manteca location. I will avoid that location and come here. If it were not for this location, I would close my account because they are all crappy.

We recently switched our personal and our personal accounts over the BBVA in escalon based on my cousin's recommendation who's been banking here for years. We are so pleased with this bank. Melody Roberson has been amazing working with us. Our business process was complicated and involved several signers and she was so patient and made the process so smooth. The tellers are always so friendly and helpful. The manager Diana is super friendly and also so helpful. I highly recommend this branch.

I had opened two accounts with this bank. A majore company wrote me a check and I deposited it, the teller told me I coud write checks on it and I did. Four days later I wanted to check my balance and I was told the check was no good, I went to the company that wrote check and we went to there bank and the main branch manager said the check had cleared and he even call BBVA manager and told her all the routing number to there bank. It took BBVA a full day to figure out where the money was and by that time I had checks coming in and bounced. They charge me for the bad checks. The next day I went in to the bank to figure out the balance on my account because I could not understand there figures. I was setting with one of the ladies in the front of the bank and the manager came out told me to get out of her bank and never come back. In a very hostel way. They close my accounts with out giving me official notice and I had written check on the one account and now all those check will bounce. I am a CEO of a company here in the Valley and I recommend that no one open an account with this bank. This is the main office on Me Henry Ave.I rate them a minus 5 on business practices and re pore with people.

They have the worst assistance over the phone(800 number). You can never understand what anybody is ever saying. And they just keep repeating themselves and never actually answer any questions you have.

@Very upset that they post business hours but the lobby is not open. The note on the doors said to go to a specific bank of there's so I did however, after driving some distance I find the lobby there was closed too. I am not going to deposit cash in a machine and my account is now over drawn. I am tempted to close this account now. I should not be charged any type of fee for their lack of customer service. My other bank is open and continues to give excellent customer service.

05/17/2019. Endy Martinez assisting us today. Other banks wanted 2 forms of ID but BBVA Compass opened with just an ID card. Homeless individuals need assistance and this bank helped out. Debit card too. Checking account with no checks was perfect in this situation and managed by a application on his cell phone. Bravo!

These people are crooks! Went to deposit payroll check, was told my account is frozen and to call someone tomorrow. No explanation as to why this was happening and what am I supposed to do in the meantime with no f****** money and rent and utilities due. They couldn't understand why I was upset, even tho if it was happening to them I bet they would have been upset too. They don't give a s*** about their customers. They wouldn't even cash my paycheck until I threatened to call the cops! You're money isn't safe here people! Update: couldn't sleep last nite because I was so worried. Had to call someone across the country early this morning. The lady said the account was blocked because I had changed my phone number. SERIOUSLY?! but she was kind and very helpful getting my account unlocked so I was grateful for that. I just wish the other people I talked to yesterday had been able to help or at least tell me why it was blocked. Thank God it's fixed now but I'm definitely going with a different bank. My money would be safer under a f****** mattress than with these people, at least I'd have access to it lol

I'm a Real Estate broker that deals with lots of buyers and their lenders. As you can imagine lenders are as different as any other business and BBVA is not different. However, I did want to share with you an agent brought her buyer to the table, did everything asked of her but the lender needed an extension to a date they confirmed they could make. Yesterday they informed everyone they now could not make that date and apparently the reason is a state secret, as they will not say whats their holdup.. So now the buyer lost 1,000.00 in appraisal/inspection fees and thanks to BBVA she also lost her 1,000.00 earnest money, which by law is the right of seller to keep. Moral of the story...do your research and by means DO NOT choose this lender...
