My Brother was issued the wrong set of tires for his truck and the manager was clearly upset when he told him he needed the right tires and it's needs to be free after he had paid for them already.The owner approved it but the manager needs some help with customer service.

So i take my work truck to get new tires,and brakes,and transmission oil change,per our fleet maintenance dep,droped off the tru ck @ 8:00 am,one of the guys that i talked to told me,that i would'nt be a big issue that they would take care of it after it will get approved by our fleet department,that they would call me at around 1:00 pm when they would of get it done,so i went home,waited and waited for them to call me to come pick up my truck,1 came around 2 came around,3 came around no one had call me so i call them around 3:30 and a lady answer so i asked her if my truck was done,first she say yes is almost done,then she told me to wait,so i waited,then she came back and told me that my fleet dep,only had approved the tires,so i asked her,so is it ready,and she said yes,so i get there and the only thing they did,was the new tires,no brakes,no trandmission oil change,and they did not gave me any paperwork,and to top things off,they never put my hubcaps (2)it only had 2,back on,i had to put them back on,now i don't know how they run their business,nor i don't care,but for the size of a fleet we are (big name)they should do a better job,terrible service,i would not recommend it,how they can make it right?provide the service that you are paid for🤬

I had to go and get service on the rental vehicle that I had they had me in and out with no time whatsoever and it was fast and easy

Prices have gone up way too much, compared to other tire shops in the area. Service has also declined. Used to be my favorite spot.

Came in for a simple $60 fix waited over two hours just for them to say it was going to be $500+, barely made it home without tire falling off had to go 10mph the entire time. They SUCK!

For quick and honest repairs of all types for your vehicle can be done here. Tony who evaluated the problems on my car gave me a quote for repair cost handle car repair insurance company from beginning to the end which took a load off my mind. Everyone here at Big O tires all seem to really care about the customers. I especially want to gave Tony a "THANK YOU" for everything you did for me on getting my car repaired as quick as possible. I will be using Big O for all my car repair needs. Again "THANK YOU BIG O Tires".

The crew at this location is highly trained and they will assist you in all your automotive needs. I went there for an alignment and I bought the 1year package, with the one year package you are able to bring the car back to them and they will do a realignment again on it free of charge. This place is usually pack so call ahead and try to make anappointment or see if they have time to get you in.
