They have people.They don't know how to do taxesi not going back in this office he make a mistake told me call i call each one answer my call told different look like do not know they job i never go back in this office they all not professional not good they do not know they jobs in they contract saying they caver all last and mistake even not stand in they contract. ( we have insurance we care all last ) they not . they lieI call for 30 days then they manager. Christina she told we don'e it this is other lie people do not go in this office they are not good they manager and they office prsanl name seed they do not know they job

Had a terrible experience! They didn’t file taxes until last minute and rushed me to sign paperwork and make payment. Their system wasn’t working properly and we incurred a penalty. Totally messed up our business and personal taxes. Didn’t bother to communicate at all. The crazy part is that I had to call and text multiple times to ensure that they were going to file our taxes on time. Avoid this place at all cost. We are now paying someone else to fix our taxes. I regret coming to this place. Also, I am not the type of person to write reviews. However, this place left me with no other choice.

Fees to high, app and other things made it impossible for me to do my taxes, so had to go into see someone. And then that was a bait and switch. So many lies on the cost. And I am out like $400 for what I could have done but you system would not let me
