Anything you want or need at this store for western wear. F they don’t have it in the store you can have it delivered to the store or to your home. Really helpful and nice staff inside the store. I love my boots. There is plenty of free and safe parking and ADA parking. The store is easy to locate in the Modesto Plaza Parkway. If you need your foot sized or have questions the staff is great. There is something for everyone in the family to get at this store. Their collection will f turquoise and silver jewelry is too much to choose from. Everything is simply adorable.

Awful customer service from Amelia. She hung up on me. When I called back she just answered and immediately put me on hold. (Not even a sorry we got disconnected” nope just straight to hold lol. Then she picks up says the item has been discontinued, but (I just saw it in there the other night) so I asked her to tell me the name of the item that I’m having her look into, and she couldn’t tell me. She just said over and over it’s discontinued. Then randomly she just puts me on hold again, and someone else answers. And truly helps me out. (Thank God) they all aren’t like Amelia. She told me the item and let me know that it is not discontinued and the sizes she has in that item. It was a good save. But man that girl needs to learn some respect and manners. If you don’t like working with people get a job where you don’t have to deal with them.

If you want to be treated rudely and cut off when you are asking questions then ask for yolanda. Maybe she hates her job, but that aint my fault. Horrible customer service here. Drive to turlock

Modesto is over priced go to Tracy or Manteca boot barn for the same items but a bit cheaper
