Horrible service. Order a mattress from them on Monday told me would get here Thursday. Thursday came around and no delivery or phone call. Then Friday comes around I go back to the furniture store to see what going on and owner was like there on there way with it. While I’m waiting inside next thing you know there’s a mattress on my pick which was supposed to be delivered to my house. Second of all it’s the wrong mattress. Third and worse of all there’s a scratch on my truck. Guess what owner said it wasn’t me of course he going to say that.

I went into Brianna's to purchase living room furniture. Upon leaving there, I purchased so much more with great pricing. The customer service I received from the beginning of my purchase all the way through to the end of my delivery of furniture was phenomenal. I definitely send all my friends to see Juan and his staff for all your furniture needs. They go above and beyond to meet your needs!

Purchased a bunk bed set for a very good price, and they assembled everything with no extra fees. Had a slight defect in the wood, and was a day late bringing the chest I ordered , so wouldn’t give them 5 stars, because of the mishap but once I reached out to the store and let them know, they were able to replace the defect and bring the chest. Would definitely buy from them again.

RECONSTRUCTED MATTRESSES!!!
LOW QUALITY FURNITURE!!
I do not recommend buying from this furniture store. At the beginning of this year, around the month of March, I bought a bedroom that because of the high price I thought I was buying something of good quality but I was so wrong because since they delivered it to me they put it together and it has been in the same place as always, I haven't moved it until today when I decided to do so. But I am surprised that the mattress is rebuilt and I remember well that the man who helped me with my purchase assured me that it was new that other furniture stores sold used and rebuilt but not them!! Which I believed again because I was paying quite a bit of money for it. I called to let them know and they told me that all the furniture stores sold them like this but that they removed the labels and with that they excused themselves for having committed fraud in that way. I think it is a lack of respect and mockery to the buyer that they sell something like that to based on deception and at a high price. I definitely do not recommend it, apart from the material it is of very low quality because the base of the bed is very thin and squeaks. Please look in other furniture stores, there are recognized stores that sell new, unreconstructed mattresses of better quality. I regret having made that purchase in this furniture store. Of course they just wash their hands saying that they are not the only ones and they don't plan to do anything about it.

We bought a couch there a few years ago still in Great shape no problems with them or the furniture definitely recommend this place thinking of looking for a new dining set for our home

Purchased a bedroom set in March 2021, was told the headboard and rails were not in stock and would be in the beginning of May which I was okay with. May came around nobody called. Called them they said in 2 weeks. 2 weeks came around again nobody called. Called them they said mid June. When they finally delivered in June, turns out the rails were not the correct ones. I was told they would call next week to deliver, they never did. After 3 weeks I called them again and they scheduled me for next day 3-4pm. 5pm came around and I called to make sure they were delivering they said "Yes, running late but we are delivering". Waited till 6pm nobody showed up or even called. This whole time I had to be the one calling nobody gave me updates on anything . Wont be buying here again.
