Purchased a bedroom set in March 2021, was told the headboard and rails were not in stock and would be in the beginning of May which I was okay with. May came around nobody called. Called them they said in 2 weeks. 2 weeks came around again nobody called. Called them they said mid June. When they finally delivered in June, turns out the rails were not the correct ones. I was told they would call next week to deliver, they never did. After 3 weeks I called them again and they scheduled me for next day 3-4pm. 5pm came around and I called to make sure they were delivering they said "Yes, running late but we are delivering". Waited till 6pm nobody showed up or even called. This whole time I had to be the one calling nobody gave me updates on anything . Wont be buying here again.

Worst furniture place to go to placed an order 10 months ago would call every weeks for update and they will just act stupid call today for update was told it cancel but never recieved my money back until i called back and they still acted stupid again

Worst experience I’ve ever had don’t recommend this place to anyone Maria customer service was awful and unprofessional spent over $2500 in the store they delivered the wrong items and wouldn’t even give the money back or exchange for the right items we ordered or even let us speak with anyone that could help us get the right items we ordered

Honestly the worst place I've ever been. Ordered an in stock couch and coffee table and it took 5 weeks to get delivered ! When they came to deliver the couch after unloading the sectional they then told us they forgot the coffee table . I have called them over 20 times to see where our coffee table was they then told me it was there but I had to wait until they had another deliver in Atwater even though we paid the $100 delivery fee! BLOWS my mind how unprofessional these people are !
