“This place right here..... IS THE BEST PLACE for all your formal wear and wedding attire. I was a Maid of Honor at my friend's wedding in Chicago. They took really good care of me and making sure I would match the other girls in the wedding party. The color, alterations and they rushed to solve an issue with the dress and helped me make changes when the groom got angry. (it was a same sex wedding and he was a groomzillia...long story). They will be my 1st stop whenever I need a gown. Trust me you can loose with this group. Excellent Customer Service!!”

The staff was attentive, communicative, and efficient I dealt directly with Annabelle she provided excellent customer service with a smile on her face and eagerness to help... Over all the location looks great and provides a wonderful environment. Annabelle deserves a raise.
