They’re very unprofessional, specifically the staff. I tried to get help by going to the leasing office. Not only was staff inside, they had the door locked & just waved at me from the inside. I cannot make this up. Staff just stood inside waving at me without asking if I needed any assistance or opening the door. Very unprofessional, I do not recommend at all. Clearly they need new management.

Anita is the best. She is such an amazing person. I loved this place. Recommend anyone to come and stay in this place. Anita day or night is always ready to help. Santiago, Carmen and Yolanda are amazing. Thank you Anita for being a part of my life. I became family with each one of you and you all are amazing. I Am so blessed to have known you Anita. Thank you for our friendship. Best place to live.

Let me start off by saying Anita is a great manager! She will come out day or night (literally in my experience) to help you adress any issue you have. This clean, quiet neighborhood is a great place for my small children to be in and I'm so happy we have found a great home. With a great manager and property you can have peace of mind which is exactly what home should be! Thank you Anita & Park Brighton Apartments we are home.

I Would Just Like To Say That Anita The Manager Here Is Beyond Amazing! She Was Super Helpful And Answered Every Question We Had And Made Us Feel Sooo At Ease When Inquiring About These Apartments That We Applied Instantly And She Was Able To Let Us Know Within Minutes After Turning In Application That We Were Approved! We Are Soooo Excited To Move Here And My Family And I Can’t Thank Anita Enough For Such A Sweetheart And Amazing Person She Is ! Thank You Tons Anita ! ??

I’m so happy with my experience with Park Brighton and super excited about potentially being apart of this beautiful community. Jasmine and Anita were absolutely amazing just all around awesome. They’re very attentive polite and respectful. Jasmine was great in answering all of my questions and giving me clear information about the unit and community as whole.

Our family has lived here 15+ years and we're very happy tenants. management is amazing. gym adjacent to the pool, trash cans recently locked to prevent diving, doggie bag stations are up for the pet community, laundry facilities are always tidy. if there is a situation or some kind of an emergency (fire, ambulance, etc), your neighbors are pouring out to make sure they're there for you. we are a tight knit community. regular gatherings for holidays, movie month on the projector. Maintenance staff is so helpful, always on top of things. Can't think of calling anywhere else home!

I have lived here for about 4 years and have had nothing but a good experience from neighbors, staff and management. Anita is absolutely amazing. She really cares about all of her residents and is always planning little events for our small community here. We just had a movie night out on the lawn with popcorn and candy and my daughter Had so much fun! I would recommend living here for anyone who enjoys a quiet environment with no drama and someone who values management that takes care of your needs immediately.
