I have not leased yet, but Avery is great! She gave us a tour of the potential apartment I'll be leasing. Everything was clean and she gave us a comprehensive run down of the apartment unit and the community.

Loving it here so far! It’s so nice and peaceful who wouldn’t want to live in these apartments! Especially having your own washer and dryer in your apartment is a HUGE plus! Once again thank you to Lucy for helping us get approved to live in these apartments!

It’s been a month that we did provide proof of income and they didn’t accept it because of their useless snap link, which was not accept most formats, then we found a co-signer that he had enough income and working as an engineer, and they didn’t accept the application because his paystub was not digitally and the snap link was not accepted, even he try to upload his banks statements in the snap link was accepted that as well, the manager was not helpful at all, she looks raciest because I been coming for moth she even not talk to us once and keep rejecting our application, we did filled three applications unfortunately they refused because of that stupid snap link, the processing of income for this resident is awful and I recommend you all don’t try this resident for living and I am so sorry for owner who hired useless Manager and unprofessional employee in this beautiful resident.

Love the place. With amenities worth your stay. Its near the supermarket, restaurants, schools, pharmacy, and salons. My sister was the one who referred me to this place. 15 mins. away from the hospital and shopping areas. The staff are so helpful. Whenever you request for repairs or copies they are quick to respond. My only concern is that I can't make the key tag work on the other entrance or when I punch in my code. It's a hassle when you come home that you have to go to the other entrance. Also the front gate is broken frequently now. I think the management need to consider changing it to a new one for our safety. But so far all good. Thanks for help always...Lucy and all the staffs! 😍

Renting an apartment at Brooks Landing in Modesto, CA, was like a breeze, thanks to Lucy! If apartment hunting were an Olympic sport, Lucy would take home the gold every time. 🥇
From the moment I spoke with Lucy on the phone, she made me feel like a VIP. Need an apartment fast? Lucy’s got you covered. Need it to be easy? Lucy’s already two steps ahead. Need it to be efficient? Lucy’s middle name might as well be “Efficiency” (though I’m pretty sure it’s not). Her customer service skills are out of this world. I half-expected her to roll out a red carpet and hand me a glass of champagne. 🍾
She answered all my questions before I even knew I had them and made the whole process smoother than a freshly Zamboni’d ice rink.
If you’re looking for a beautiful place to live and want the process to be as painless as possible, go see Lucy at Brooks Landing. She’s the real MVP of property managers. I contacted the rental office several times and each time Lucy Barocio answered my questions thoroughly, promptly, and in a very professional/respectful manner. She was always happy to assist!
