A HAPPY CUSTOMER 🥰 I am literally at the store doing this review. I love this store. It has so many items to choose from. It's great value of prices. I bumped into one of the employees by accident. She was so nice about it and kindly guided me to the kitchen items and bathroom. She was very friendly. Yes, customer service on the registers are a little overwhelmed. It is understanding due to them being super busy, they did just open! they are so overwhelmed. Hopefully in the future all this changes and they get more help, because on opening day their is so manny customers. I can guarantee you will be satisfied with the prices, the merchandise and the customer service. Check out was great with a smile.

When I walked in the security guard forced me to stand infront of the camera and look at the screen for 15 seconds. When I left I noticed she kept letting in other customers in with no issue. It’s unfortunate in 2025 profiling is still prevalent.

If the store didn't have unattended broken glass in one of the aisles they would have earned a five star review. I give AZUCENA the FIVE STARS for her outstanding customer service. My mother was looking for some pants and AZUCENA walked us to the location where the items were found. She was friendly and helped us find what we were looking for. She (AZUCENA) needs the recognition for her OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. She did a GREAT JOB... To the Store Manager, the broken glass needs to be cleaned up before a Customer or child gets cut due to the lack of SAFTY CONCERN in the store. This BURLINGTON STORE gets THREE STARS. AZUCENA EARNED FIVE STARS on CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This store is well stock the prices are pretty decent the cashier line sure a long wait and employees on the floor are pretty scared you can’t find one not to mention if you have use the restroom good luck because they are closed locked I don’t have any idea why if is a public store the law doesn’t require for public places to have a Costumer rest room

I really don't understand why they always have 3 registers open when they clearly care about the lame ass security photos they take as soon as you walk through the door. It's really funny the last time I came here with a larger tote bag I was customer serviced twice because they clearly thought I was going to steal. But this time it seems that no employees were to be seen on the floor. Clearly this location has always been really run down, I won't be returning when I truly think the quality of ROSS IS MUCH BETTER.

Why did I feel like I was walking into a prison when the loss supervision guy asked me to wait so the camera could get a picture of my face and the entrance was blocked off until I stood there . Never again .
