Experience was great overall - they kept me updated almost daily on the progress of the vehicle and were quick to perform the repairs. Hopefully I never have an accident where I need to bring my vehicle into a shop again, but if I do I'll definitely be going to Caliber.

Brought my 2018 Lexus in after someone left a long scratch on my right rear door when they were backing out of the parking lot
They took care of it in less than 30 minutes!
These guys are super and i highly recommend you bring your car here for any body work needs
They have great service , polite, easy to work with and do a fantastic job and extremely competitive !!

Went tp get estimate on a Friday the guy said he would email it to me on Monday no estimate . Called shop and there's no record of me even being there.Thats what I call Great customer service. I guess they don't need the business. Nor do I want there's.

Do yourself a favor and just look elsewhere. Very little communication my wife ended up having to call and get answers because i kept getting what felt like the run around since it was her vehicle that was being fixed they kept getting delayed finally after the third time going to pick up our car because the first two times the car was not at all ready and it "being ready" we get home and theirs still something broken also found a nail in one of our tires that we know was not their before. it was a brand new car was at the body shop longer than we had it and now feel like it's worse off very horrible service at the end we just had to smile and nod because we were stuck with them having to finish our car. and now stuck going to another body shop and will have to be without our car again.

This is the second time I have been in an accident and both times I have taken it to CC. They are an extremely respectful, caring, and professional team that leaves an open line of communication with you so you are up to date with the work being done. They are quick and reliable. The carwise thing is pretty cool too!

I have used the service of Callber Collision twice and both times the repairs were very professional. Both times my cars showed no signs of any damage and looked like new again. The repair team and office staff were friendly and made the process easy. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

I had work done at a different caliber and had a bad experience when I reached out to this caliber they were very friendly. Priscilla at the front desk was very helpful. She was able to schedule me quickly and had answered all of my questions. All of the staff was very attentive and made me feel welcomed.
