Elliot was great! This place is cool and I wish it was closer to me as I'm two hours away from them. Let's just say it didn't stop me from coming back 4 times to this shop! Things are very well priced, lots of accessories, ammo, firearms, and novelty items. I went in for a PPT and was helped out right away, they have plenty of staff to assist and I didn't feel any bias at all! While there, Elliott showed me another firearm on consignment and I was very glad he did! It was very well priced and let's just saw I couldn't resist and extremely grateful for the consideration and customer service I received that day. They all know their stuff there and it's too bad they are a little out of my way, I would not hesitate going back to do any business there though, they will have a customer for life!

Law Enforcement be advised, they do not accept 10 day waivers for LEO’s. I was told on the phone that they do, however, when I arrived they stated everything was good only on the State level, but because of the Feds they would not accept it. The store itself was nice and clean, the staff seemed friendly but wasted my time by saying they accept the waiver when I called ahead, but denied it when I arrived. There are other establishments that accept it and I suggest you save your time and look elsewhere.

Let me start by saying we had previously went to other gun shops and had horrible experiences and these experiences put me off wanting or going to look for firearms. Then my husband suggested going to Called2Arms. It was one of the best decisions we have made. I thought I was only going to make single purchase, and that is not the case. We have went back countless times for firearms or ammunition. The staff at Called2Arms is beyond excellent, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The incredible employees that I have had help me are Alex, Eddie, and Richard to name a few. In reality every single employee has been great. They acknowledge you upon entering the store, even if it is busy they let you know they will be with you shortly. None of the employees are pushy with a sale, ever. If you want to look at firearms or just have a billion questions, every single one has taken their time with me and answering my questions. I'm a woman and they treated me the exact same a man. I'm happy with every purchase I have made because of the employees and them being so helpful. Every firearm I own has been purchased at Called2Arms. We have met the owner Jerry a handful of times, and he is very nice, super personable and friendly. He always makes a point to ask us even if we are be helped How is our day going? or If we are finding everything okay? I have called on the phone with questions and every person who had picked up has been attentive and helpful. I have been to this location over a dozen times, always a relaxed environment. Always clean and organized. I will and have continued going to Called2Arms and always look forward to the next visit. Imagine our surprise and excitement when we found out they now own the Gun Range (we are now members) One last thing, I'm happy I've had such horrible experiences at other gun shops OR we would've never found this gem of a business.

Bought my first handgun here. They walked me through the process and took their time to answer my questions and concerns. They were patient with me when trying to pick out the right pistol for myself! I recommend coming to this place.
