“Today is Valentines Day. In the store it was packed. A gentleman started to assist me then he told me they were out of something (they actually had more in back but he didnt want to walk to get it apparently) and when I asked for a suggestion his advice was “i don’t like …..”. I asked for another person to assist me.
Miss Charlene came to my rescue. What a kind, patient, helpful and knowledgable lady. She went and go in the back for what I asked for (milk chocolate Bordeaux) and then help me pick the rest for my husband.
I cannot say enough about Miss Charlene. All I can say is - Thank you for making my day a bit easier through your kindness.”
