Update: I have been here 3x now and Jack and Heidi is always AMAZING. Great customer service, does a great job ever time. Never disappointed and will always come back. Thank you both for being GREAT.
First time coming here, We will definitely be coming back. Hubby had his first pedicure and they did such a great job he will keep getting them. Thank you soo much.

I absolutely love Heidi and how gentle she is with me plus she’s friendly and I just feel comfortable there! Well worth the price I pay for my nails and the every 3week fill!

Quality is amazing, the service is great I always ask for Heidi to do my nails she does an amazing job. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my nails and it was my first time ever getting acrylic nails I think she did an amazing job. 100% recommend coming here for manicures and pedicures.

I had such an amazing experience in Caroline Nails Spa, as I walked in both Heidi and Jack where enthusiastic to greet me. Feeling welcomed they sat me down right away to do my nails, as they had variety of regular and gel nail polish to choose from. Heidi did such a splendid job, with each stroke of hers my nails became art work. As she took her time explaining the prices and the specifics on how my nails will be. Heidi often made sure I was comfortable, and this is how customer service should be. While Jack was also gentle to make sure my toes can look the best, we frequently had great conversations. Are conversations and the time he put to my pedicure made me feel at ease knowing that trust was on my toes. Caroline Nails Spa had me have a great experience, as my previous nails salon had me have doubts on trusting someone to touching my nails and feet. Caroline Nails Spa have prove me wrong. Truly a incredible experience, definitely will be coming back! Thank you!

I had the best experience getting my gel pedicure at Caroline's! I not only received great service but the man doing my nails (Jack I believe) checked to make sure I loved everything. He also had great costumer service and amazing conversation. It's a little hidden place but that didn't change my mind. Great all around. Thank you!

I recently moved to Modesto & was looking for a pedicure salon. After going to many, many places I finally found a salon I was happy with. I had seen Heidi for a basic pedicure twice with no polish & I was very happy with her services. She was very attentive to my cleaning needs of my toes. On the 3rd time of my schedule appt, I went to the salon & she was leaving with her daughter & was surprised of my visit. She looked through her appt book & I was not scheduled..hmm..she asked that I have my pedicure done by the guy that also works there, so I had my pedicure done by him. On the 4th visit is when I thought Heidi was playing games with me. I called to specifically make a appt with Heidi. She called me back & scheduled my appt at noon with her (Heidi) when I went in for my appt Heidi was working on someone else's nails & said I can have my pedicure with the guy. While I was having my pedicure, Heidi finished the nails she was working on & started working on someone else's nails. I don't know why Heidi didn't want to do my pedicure on my last 2 visits, I wish she was professional enough to tell me to would prefer the guy doing my pedicures instead of her & having me take time out of my busy schedule to come into the salon & paying services for someone else to do my nails instead of her

Over 8 years later, Heidi is STILL my go to lady for my nails! Her and Jack are so kind and do a wonderful job! They have a variety of colors and will recommend different colors that suit your complexion. Recommend calling and making an appointment, instead of walking in.

So glad we came here for our mail appt. My friend and I were only in Modesto for the day to meet up half way to spend time together. We got an appt scheduled and when we came they were very accommodating for the designs we wanted and although it was close to closing time, they took care of us without rushing us. We saw a lot of good reviews for Heidi and were so glad she was the one taking care of us. We'd definitely come back if we were back in Modesto. Also writing this review from the dinner spot Heidi recommended
