They are horrible. My daughter, who is disabled, tried to get a phone. They took her money yet due to computer issues she didn't get a phone. She has still yet to get the money back on her card and it has been over two weeks. They have money from someone who is on a very fixed income. That is "Horrible"!!!!!

I'd give negative 0 stars if I could I go to pay my monthly phone bill as usual but as this worker "Paola" was helping me she says umm my computer kicked me offline we have to swipe your card again, ok I think nothing of it come to find out 1 day later they charged me twice for my monthly bill....so I go back and talk to the manager (Jose)aka shitface then he says(bro,since it's Saturday we have to wait until Monday so the general manager can review it) uhhh review it they didn't review charging me 2 times!!!! Finally they gave me my money back but was taking there sweet a** time about it not to mention I got a overdraft fee for waiting for my money back!! So avoid this place they were Rita's hell

I really like this Metro PCS Store, their phones always are reasonable and the staff that I have come in contact with is really nice. I went in today to get a new Sim card and Stephanie was super nice and helpful, showed me exactly how to switch my apps over and gave me a great discount on the Sim Card without making me feel like I had to buy a new phone. Thanks Stephanie, you are great!
