I'm a regular customer at this spot, you may see me in a different hat. In this Chevron parking lot you'll find a taco stand. This Taco stand offers many varieties. The lady that's been running the spot has been here for a while now and she's my first choice when it comes to getting my fix. I've uploaded a few pictures and I hope you stop by and give this nice lady a big tip for me.

It was not good gas station i worked on here and two days but they are not gave me my money i was student and i can not work on here because of my time which it was morning and i want to college on morning.

Horrible customer service. I went there today & cashed in 2 lottery tickets. I won 14 dollars. I got 2 bud light tall cans & told them to deduct it from my winnings. The cashier handed me 6 bucks back. I then gave him $20 for more lotto tickets. The guys gives me the tickets, then says I owe him $20. I said, I gave you $20 already. He said, no you didn't. I said, are you sure. He replied, yes. He then said, no you owe me $8 bucks. So, he charged me twice for the beer. The staff there is so rude & always trying to rush people out of the store. I get that their busy, not as much as they like to think though. But they shouldn't compromise customer service & making errors to make things easier on them. I'm not the only person to have a similar problems with them. I once gave a lady $20 bucks because she wanted gas & they overcharged her debit card & she couldn't get it. They were arguing so much, I gave her gas money to get to work.

They are very rude and racist, they discriminated against my daughter because she didn’t have California ID, she had one issued from a state program that gives ids to immigrants and they wouldn’t accept it, they also were rude to my wife when she went to buy lottery tickets and were rushing her because she was trying to pick which ones she wanted, horrible customer service

Consistent problematic card reader POS system experience compared to other even inferior gas station locations with equally incompetent ignorant lazy unmotivated staff with no concept of customer service.

This was the only business of the three that I checked that has a restroom that is publicly available. I’m posting this rating because I am an Uber and Lyft driver and between rides. I had to use the restroom and luckily there was one available at this location so five stars for you. I had to pee very badly

I have my good days & my bad days struggling to get up but when I do get up I go for a walk and Chevron is the first place I go and get a snack & a drink it makes it for a better day... Thank you guys @/ Chevron 1400 McHenry Ave

The absolute worst customer service from the man who was working around 1am on 6/27. So rude. 100% refused to help me, He keept telling me to come back at 7am

I've never had issues with owners or employees here. The problem is that it's full of drifters who ask for money or make inappropriate comments to you while you are getting gas. It's scary at all hours. I was just there at 3:30pm in the afternoon and I was still terrified. I've decided that I will look for a safer option. I don't recommend this place if you are female and there alone.

anyone ever heard of not beiing able to pay for gas with coins because the drawr full??? the people who work here are a mfn joke like its money at the end of the day people trynna stretch their money and thw workers wanna be assh@les .... hiring manager if you reading this why you keep hiring weird a** workers ???

On this date, Dec 9, 2021 @ about 5pm, I witnessed the clerk, a large man, short hair perhaps in his 40s getting verbally abusive to a tiny old man probably 1/3 his size that didn’t even understand what was going on. Shame on him! I had to leave and take my business elsewhere, it was so upsetting.
