Wow!!! Horrible service!!! If you like to wait in line for ever this is the place for you!!! Four associates talking and ignoring customers. The manager comes out and ask if we would like to go outside and use the ATM instead.

Honestly I was preparing myself for the worst, given the Yelp reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite! Ray and Silviano (Silvano?) were super helpful and very attentive during my first visit to this bank, so I felt compelled to say something here to provide a bit of balance to their reviews!

Operator never available in the branch or at their call center. Bad customer service. Everytime I deposit checks my money doesn't become available until days after. Today I was overdrawn because they returned a check I submitted because it wasn't endorsed...mind you, I have to use a pin to deposit it and it was accepted by the ATM. Worst of all they didn't tell me they returned it. Why not call me so I could go sign it? Now I have to wait for it to get delivered by mail so I could sign it and get it cashed because I'm not using Citibank anymore. And I'm sure they will charge me an overdrawn fee because they didnt have the courtesy of telling me.

Only one star because it made, this bank deserves 0. There customer service when you call the 1800# is awful and the reps at this branch are just as bad. Just had a customer service rep that works here tell me that he couldn't help me with my issue and that I had to wait on his manager who was on lunch. We told him ok no problem, we have been sitting here for about 15 mins now and he walks up and says his appointment showed up and it would be about 30 mins until he was done...... wait, didn't you say you couldn't help me and that I had to wait for a manager!?!?! I'll update after I speak with a "manager" Update: Ray. Is. HORRIBLE. Here, totally waste of time, he basically says that he can't help and for you to figure it out on your own in every different way he can. Oh and been here 45 mins, branch manager "still in lunch".

Tried to apply for a checking online and the website kept freezing so I would have to restart the application and now after restarting it for the 4th time it won't approve me for an account.

One teller, 9 customers in line and an assistant manager running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Whoever does the scheduling needs to be demoted. This scenario happens quite often at this branch.
