Worst branch of cit's ani in entire state. It's poorly managed. Understaffed. And broke down. ATMs are constantly broken. Bad attitudes from manager. It's awful. I've banked w Vito for 30 years all over the world and this branch is the worst I've ever encountered

I work graveyard and go to this specific bank atm all the time. I withdrew and didnt get my money out this time but yet it took the transaction. Now ive stayed up and i work 7pm. Just for the inside bank tellers to let me know i have to wait for a claim to go thru?? So now im late on bills because of some faulty atm? Would've expected better.

Went to open account in Modesto after the one in Manteca was closed to to power off.Was told that they were to busy and short staffed to open accounts today.Mind you I have been getting a flyer to open an account there and reminders daily. This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with.

I'm confused how and WHY THIS location is CLOSED at 4:30pm on a normal business day!?!?! Normal business hours are 8am to 5pm!

Monique is AMAZING! The literal reason I’ve stayed with Citibank for so long. She is assuring, knowledgeable and very helpful. I appreciate all she’s helped me with. She goes above and beyond. A true professional!

Management seems to be very draining on the other employees. Almost as if the managers don't enjoy being there thus making it a drag for the tellers and bankers from what I've noticed going into this branch. However, the tellers are always nice and friendly, very helpful. People skills and charisma should not be forgotten just because you aren't a teller or banker interacting with customers all day!!

The tellers are always welcoming and greeting their customers with a smile. The few tellers who have been there the longest, definitely make it obvious who their regulars are, as they know them by name and ask them how life is! This branch treats you like family and they notice how often you come in, as soon as you know it, they learn your financial habits which is quite funny and helps when you need to go in and out quickly! There is never a long wait there, no more then 5 minutes, as they usually have 2-3 tellers daily when most banks only have 2 tellers. On busy days they have 3-4 tellers, which is a lifesaver!!! If there ever is a long wait or a line to the door (do not fear this...) the line will go fast as they are very efficient in a timely matter, usually this type of line is on a Friday between 4-5 PM or ANY typical busy day, 1st, 3rd, before or after a holiday. You can tell all the tellers hustle in a good way (very efficient) to be considerate of their customers in line patiently waiting. I haven't had to wait longer then 15 mins in line, and even then they still thank you for patiently waiting. I've seen them help one another with customers if one teller has more experience than the other. I love how spirited they are on Friday's, the women here are not catty, they have a good eye for possible financial needs and definitely have my best interest in mind! They have educated me in credit card usage, ways to avoid fees, earn cash back rewards, like I said they truly look out for you and care!!! They are not robotic or act like they hate their job. These girls have fun and you can tell they all get along working and enjoy what they do! Tuesdays through Thursdays between 11:30-1 PM and 2:30-4 PM are the best times to visit if you need to hold up the line a little longer then normal or need to call for an issue.
