Decent size room for a reasonable price, especially for weekdays. I like the location of the place very quiet and discreet. Surrounded by a lot stores and fast food at walkable distances. The only thing I loved about this place was the nice staff and free breakfast they serve every morning from 6-9:30am. The only thing I dislike was the roaches crawling freely in the bathroom, other than that everything else is ok, just need to work on the roach problem.

Average room, small but cozy. It is located in a decent area near local restaurants.. Beds are firm.One of the best breakfasts served that makes up for it's price.

I booked my room through a 3rd party. They gave me a handicap room that smelled like urine. The furniture is dirty and the carpet was also disgusting. The staff was nice and efficient.

Great hotel for a quick stay, however, if your deciding to stay more than 2 days than you'd better off finding a more comfortable place. Expect itches and pincher bugs crawling on ur bed. I was doing homework on my laptop and I saw Spider-Man slowing crawling on the wall so I slapped it with my sandal. Room 111 is a great and spacious room, but expect to see bloodstains on the carpet. Aside from my criticism, the hotel is a lovely and welcoming environment. I love the customer service representatives, they are always positive and patient with us. We stayed at the Comfort Inn on Orangeburg for 11 days. The staff were all friendly, warm and helpful. The room was great! We had a king and slept comfy. Clean and maid service daily. The pool was clean and had grills for cooking out. I wish they had an ice machine and vending machines on each floor. Even so, going to the first floor was no big issue. The breakfast area was kept clean and well stocked from 6-9:30 am. Hot scrambled eggs and sausage with usually two choices of waffles. We would be happy to stay here again next time we are in CA.Rooms: The rooms are all the same size, I think. So the King was a better fit for us. We had plenty of space to move about and a chair to relax in and a desk chair. The small fridge worked great!! The AC was awesome!Nearby activities: We found several several grocery stores nearby even Walmart supercenter. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and close to the highway. The noice level was never an issue.

Despite some reviews, this hotel is actually okay. Rooms are okay size—not large, but okay. Didn’t smell. Happy with overnight stay. Neighboring Marriott chain hotel has free Tesla / EV charging too, that we borrowed.

So I just checked in traveling from sandiego I’m pregnant and extremely tired from the road trip I assumed this place would be good having almost 4 stars this place at most deserves 2 it’s well kept but looorrrddd !!! THE SMELL IS HORRENDOUS!!!! It truly smells like dead rats / wet carpet truly want to leave and I’ve been here for 10 minutesNoteworthy details: It’s the stinkiest hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in idk how it’s running it can’t be good for your health glad I brought a mask

I wish I can give negative star rate because I see ppl on here who must be family/friends or the actual staff that's leaving any positive feedback bcuz that's not my experience AT ALL!! The hotel was dirty smelly and pretty ran down especially for the price of $150 per night! Bed bugs broken AC which made the building and rooms hot! Only cool area was in the lobby! The elevator was old and looks like a death trap also the hallways were very narrow and room was extra small! Fast as I checked in I immediately got a refund and checked out! The receptionist was really nice and was the only thing nice about this place... idk how it's still open for business tbh. I found a hotel in Salida the La Quinta which was CHEEPER and waaaaaaay nicer with hot breakfast clean atmosphere and rooms with working everything! Please do yourself a favor and travel the extra mile for a good nights rest elsewhere... any reviews u see that speak positive about the comfort inn IGNORE!!! I also called corporate bcuz they need to make major changes to this business.

If I could give no stars I would. They have the nerves to charge $150 plus a $100 deposit. We arrived there around 11:30 pm and checked in, they gave us a room on the third floor, and first off the elevator was only large enough to hold 3 people after getting off the hallway was so narrow we had to walk single file, and it was so hot it had to be about 90 degrees we hurried to our room and the room was even hotter. The first thing we noticed walking in room is the door, it appeared to have been kicked in, the wood had bigs chunks of wood missing and the window was open, because the air conditioner was putting out nothing but hot air. My foot sunk down into good as if there was a big hole in it underneath the carpet. There were 2 beds in room and they were so close together that if you sat on one your knees would touch the other bed. We refused to stay, we went back down to the front desk and asked for our money back and she stated that it would take a few days before it would be refunded back on card. I hope someone finds this review helpful before wasting your time and or money.

The young receptionist lady was very nice and knowledgeable. She was fast and efficient. She offered us Diamond members water bottles and snacks. The rooms were very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. We stay here frequently on our motorcycle trips.

I love this hotel and everything usually goes smooth and the breakfast every morning is awesome! I hate the way they take out of your deposit for every little thing. I was charged 15$ for a hand towel cause it had makeup on it.

Rooms are not as advertised online. Tiny rooms, uncomfortable beds, over charged me by $100 and the staff was extreemly rude. They even called security on my family and I when we asked for a refund. Which we did not get, of course. Requested to speak to a manager and they refused.... still waiting for thr manager to call me back.

Just ok. Room had a smell, like old carpet and stale smoke. Bed was comfortable, environmental unit worked great. Looked like a fresh paint job and bathroom fixtures, but should have done the carpet and doors also. Windows were noisy.
