Variety of lots of books to choose from. A lot of toys and teddies also to find your little one, kinda pricey but sometimes will go down a bit. Melissa is the best kindest worker, she’s always so friendly and awesome.

I found an $80 pants that had all of the tags and stuff for $8! So that's not bad! I do have to say that the stuff isn't completely well organized though. There are a lot of clothes for people of bigger sizes though so I'll give them that. :)

Visiting family from out of state and I needed some clothes. Visited The Hope Chest as this is a thrift store I used to go to for sevetal years when I was in high school and lived locally. I found several items i liked but was then told that the dressing rooms are not open. Okay no big deal, I ask what the return policy is because i dont know what will fit and what wont.....except i am told there is no return policy...if this thrift store is seriously going tonforce people to waste their hard earned money on clothes that may not even fit then why are they in business? Im am absolutely astounded that they disrespect the public like this.

This is the "lite" version of the better store way out McHenry -- way fewer non-clothing items, more scrubs, and a better parking lot. This one might skew toward more "collectible" items, as well.

Make the prices reasonable .You shouldn't have 40$ jackets , it's cold out you should be helping the poor and less fortunate. It's not all about making a buck .

I came in today and saw a jacket for $49 like come on you get your donations for free. Isn't this a thrift store?? This place needs to humble itself more. GREEDY people! Terrible place like $12 for a used shirt?? I wont ever be back!
