Check in and check out process is so retarded. It shouldn’t take 45 mins to leave on bobtail after dropping a trailer here. No other place does this. Insane.

Only 30 minutes before appointment pic up and delivery . 3 to 4 hours waiting on door . Even dry freight. Not allowed inside park . You can find park on street . Driver lounge near guard shack .

The worst experience ever i had with this company there is no customer service that can help. I would never recommend this company. They wasted my 6 hour in unloading. Definitely, i will give them 0 star. This is totally headache.

Driver came in the exit with a dirty trailer. Rather than the guards have him move from the exit, I have to wait for him to sweep out his trailer.

Extremely bad place to pick up loads. Get here an hour early to check in so the checking process does take close to an hour or else you'll be put on working.
