Customer service is always great. Ever since the riverbank site was opened the freshness of produce has reduced substantially. Which makes sense since way less people are shopping there so produce gets older.

I was Rachel profiled by a man in the store.That accused me of using someone else's membership card. My daughter had her card out and she needed to use the restroom. So she handed me her card, so she went to the restroom. And that's when the guy came to me Asian guy short. I have a picture of him. I believe his name is on dispatch. It's not Mike as Mike came to me because this guy accused me of using someone else's membership. And I tried to explain it to him and he said, well, you cannot get your items checked out until he see the picture on the back of the card and I explained to him that the picture will not look like me because it's my daughter's and my daughter is on my account and I have. My card but since she has her is out. I figured out you smile. So I began to show him my Costco's credit card Visa credit card with my picture on it, but he said I need to use. One that I have found in my hand and I didn't want to use my Costco card. Because I didn't want to use any money off of that card. So I just scanned items and he went to go get the supervisor named Mike and that's where I explained to Mike and Mike said OK, but the Asian guy kept following me around. Made me feel very uncomfortable.And that was the first time i've ever walked into that. Just imagine I would have to go to that Costco's knowing that I'll be moving in that area.Purchasing a home and I will feel very uncomfortable going in there after what happened.I guess I'd have to find another costco.

I'll start off by saying, " I LOVE COSTCO," but... I worked my butt off doing summer school ( I work with kids with behavioral problems ) with a goal in mind that at the end of it, I wanted to purchase diamond earrings. I've wanted a nice pair FOR YEARS NOW! What the heck treat myself, right!? I've been looking at Costco for the last 3 yrs at them saying, " One day. " wished it was that easy. Went in to the Riverbank location with 2000.00 ready to purchase these beautiful diamond earrings. The guy at the jewelry counter was busy with a gentleman who had purchased diamond earrings for his wife, so I browsed the counter, waiting for my turn. When he returned, he went to an Asian lady who had just approached the counter, totally ignoring that I was there, so I rounded the counter again, obviously looking at the jewelry stopping at the diamonds again. He then approached and asked if I was interested in buying when on his walkie talkie an lady said, " Is there any managers available to unlock a door? If not, I can do it." At that moment, he began to call Arnesto to the jewelry counter to take over for him as if I wasn't in the middle of a question ? instead of saying " I'm with a customer can you please get it." He just TOTALLY PUSHED ME TO THE SIDE AS IF MY PURCHASE WASNT OF ANY IMPORTANCE! I left feeling totally unimportant! You need to retrain your managers!!! ALL CUSTOMERS PAY THEIR FEES TO SHOP HERE, WE SHOULD MATTER! I'll be thinking about renewing my membership and THANK YOU TO JOHN AT CICCARELLI JEWELERS! I would suggest going there better QUAILITY diamonds! and you won't be pushed to the side for something or someone else ? I'm just a girl that would like to be respected ?♀️
