One employee, Suzanne, went out of her way to locate a specific vitamin, searching thoroughly and even checking the store’s inventory, ultimately helping the customer find the product. Another employee, Marcella, provided exceptional assistance with setting up face recognition on smartphones, spending time patiently helping and joking along, which left a lasting impression. In the optical department, Coreen was praised for her friendly, professional, and attentive service when helping a customer choose glasses. She took the time to listen and assist, making the experience enjoyable despite a busy store.
