Great costumer service and friendly workers. They where very helpful with making sure I left the store as a Happy Customer. If the wall plug for the phone charger was included with the charging cable and phone it would have got CRICKET store a Five Star REVIEW. I am still a HAPPY CUSTOMER. Thank you CRICKET for my NEW PHONE. My mother helped me get a SAMSUNG GALAXY A16 G5.

A special shoutout to Joel! I came in at the last minute needing my phone reactivated after getting it fixed at Apple. Joel was incredibly helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and impressively quick with numbers. He's a great asset to any company.

Worst service!! This female that was working over labor day 2022, was the most incompetent individual I have had an encounter with. Not only was she not able to help, she was rude from the jump and tried to say she couldn't return a phone that was just purchased from THAT Specific store! After speaking with 2 different managers from 2 different cricket locations stated otherwise. Then went back, checked her and she got on the phone and was able to do it. Don't go to this cricket, apparently they don't give there employees proper training. Note to the company- hire individuals who want a job! Not a uneducated, unhelpful, rude, disrespectful individual that can not perform there EASY JOB DESCRIPTION.
