I have gone to the same place for years. Lately they have not been doing a good job and leaving old color on my toes while painting with new color, lol. so I decided to try crystal nails, and I am SO SO SO happy I did. They are all so kind and welcoming. She paid attention to detail and took her time! It's a cozy little spot , lots of colors to choose from! I cannot wait to get my nails filled next time!! Thank you!

Last time I come here I feel like the prices are overpriced and they change them, I had coffee spilled over me and the man was rough on my nails not even that my nails came out uneven and looked bad just to be charged 110.

Kind of shocked that this place has so many bad reviews. I came in at 6:18, was out of there by 6:45. The older woman did my toes, the young lady did my nails. My toes were gel 40$, hands were $35 and gel as well. It was peaceful, I didn't experience any kind of problem. It was also clean and they were kind to my son.

Today I came to get my nails done, a simple nude nail. When I mentioned to my nail tech (a young girl With short hair) that their was a visible pink line showing and if something could be done about that, she got extremely defensive shaking her head "no" and left to do someone's else's pedicure. When I asked the owner man to see my nail and maybe provide some help, he didn't even look at me and told me to leave and that I'm "too picky." Horrible service all around. Don't come here if you want a pleasant time.

Don't do it! I'm taking the time to write this review for you! My mom PATIENTLY and kindly waited over three hours not exaggerating! When I went concerned to see why she was taking so long since my pedis have never taken so this long. She explained she felt they were taking advantage of her because she couldn't speak English. She explained other clients went before her and when it was her turn to sit the young lady was rushing so much she was burning her foot from scrubbing so fast. When I asked to speak to the manager (yes the only rude ass old man) he wouldn't even face to answer me. He nor anyone would confirm if they had sanitized her wound or even a simple apology on the young lady's behalf. He sure was quick to take the money though. My mom walked out upset crying with an ugly pedi and unfinished mani. NEVER AGAIN! Let's normalize not supporting this business even when desperate times call!

Very rude. I got there at 6:15pm for just a fill. They close at 7pm. I said "hello" the he just replied "no time". What kind of customer service. Will never go there again. Don't need to be treated like that. They don't even deserve one star.

DO NOT GO HERE! There was an older lady who gave me a pedicure on 3/24. I don't have ingrown nails and she cut the side of my left toe too deep ! I ended up having to go to the ER where they told me I developed an infection. I had to pay out of pocket to get medical treatment for it and the medicine they prescribed (4 different kinds) I called the nail shop to let them know what happened and give them an opportunity to make things right I told the gentleman I wanted to speak to the owner of the shop and he told me I could call back I said no I can leave u my name and number and she can call me as I am a very upset customer. Then he said just post it on yelp we will reach out so here I am. I'm honestly so upset about the whole thing not only have to waste my own money on their negligence but also to not even get a sincere response from this place. The guy literally told me to go in and show them my infected toe that I can barely walk on. This is no way to conduct business or treat customers!

My nails that I had gotten for prom were nice but the person that was doing nails was super rough and had ruined my skin by the cuticles when he was buffing. They also didn't take off my nail polish I had on previously and they also when super quick with it all too and got some acrylic onto my actual skin.

I really enjoy the service. Lee is the lady that does my nails & she takes her time & does a fantastic job. Joe does do them as well & he does a faster job, but my gel doesn't lift & snag everything. They will last 2 1/2 weeks, by that time I'm ready for a change.
