This CVS is so bad. They don’t have a dedicated person to work with drive thru customers. It’s always a long 15 minute minimum wait to pick up prescriptions

Their staff is not up to par for customer service, always having issues with the pharmacy feeling orders on time or filling them correctly. I do not recommend using CVS pharmacy at all

Staff, facility, all great. The planning and placement of the store, sketchy! The traffic, neighboring businesses and some local Californian driving skill all needed a bit more attention to detail! Lol.

I didn't think it would be possible, but this establishment is worse than Walgreens. I really hate being lied to, and that's exactly what happened just now. I get a text 2 days ago informing me that my meds are ready for pickup. I verify this online. I wait in drive thru for over an hour, only to be told brusquely that the meds went back to the shelf because 2 weeks had passed! I still have another day's worth of meds! It could not have been 2 weeks. I check online, and they have covered their tracks and deleted the order status that shows that they are lying to me. I have the texts on my phone. CVS sucks, and I'm going back to Walgreens.

I can't believe that this type of service is acceptable to anyone. This pharmacy is just an incredibly poor excuse of an establishment. The pharmacy staff is rude, they seem understaffed and seem to get off by treating people who are truly in need as if they are degenerates. You are not there to question why someone is prescribed their medications. You're there to fulfill the scripts and provide consult to ensure people are educated on how to properly administer their medications. This pharmacy is withholding meds and prioritizing drugs as they see fit. Being without medications that affect someone's quality of life for over a month after the refill date is disgusting. To anyone looking for a pharmacy, you're definitely better off going to any place other than CVS. If you're that desperate and decide to or keep coming here then make sure it's for something simple. I wish you luck.

Incredibly poor customer service. After waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru, when I got to the service window the clerk stood at his computer and proceeded to enter information for another 5 minutes before assisting me. He seemed oblivious to the fact I had been waiting for more than a half hour and the number of cars in the line was increasing. I was treated as if I was an inconvenience to him.

This pharmacy used to be sooo good but in the last couple of years has just turned to crap. The worst part is they could care less. People are rude and it takes forever to get your prescriptions.I literally just waited one hour in the drive through and then it was closed and we were all asked to come inside

The customer service in the back at the pharmacy is horrible!!! I went for covid shot and the woman that checked me in never told the pharmacist I was there and waited 25mins. When I went to retrieve my vaccine card because when I checked in she took it. They said sorry sir but never offended to give me my vaccine. This CVS is near my home but I'll be going elsewhere.

Very long wait to pick up my prescription and only one person ahead of me when I arrived. Pharmacy staff weren’t working the counter. I’m not sure if they were treating the drive thru line as slowly.

On December 15th. I bought a Home Depot card at the CVS Pharmacy at 1700 McHenry Ave. for my mother. When she tried to use the card Home Depot said it showed that there was no balance on the card. I picked it up and took it to the Home Depot near my home to double check. They also showed a zero balance. I went back to CVS and they said they couldn't help me because they didn't keep records of transactions for more than 1 week. Multiple phone calls were made to the corporate office. Two weeks ago I was finally able to get a copy of my receipt. It showed that the card had been activated. I went back to Home Depot and showed them the activation on my receipt. The woman at Customer Service ran the card but it still came up with a zero balance. She said we need to continue working with the CVS corporate office but as we were walking away she said let's check the number on the card against the number on my receipt. They did not match. She said this happens on a regular basis but because the card wasn't bought through Home Depot there was nothing they could do. Another call back to CVS and I was told that my claim was denied. This is a cautionary tale. We were scammed by someone who works for the company. It never occurred to me to double check the number on the card against the number on the receipt and during a busy Christmas season that is what the employee counts on. My suggestion is to not shop at CVS and to always buy your card from the merchant rather than a pharmacy. If this is not possible then take a few minutes and double check that the numbers on the card match the numbers on your receipt. This will ensure that you will not be scammed. Hope this review will be helpful to anyone purchasing a gift card at this CVS pharmacy

Pharmacy has terrible customer service. Staff did not even make a lick of effort to get my son's medication filled following an ER discharge. Told me to find another cvs. Shouldn't they coordinate ? Also pharmacy is always understaffed and staff make you feel like you're a burden.I now take my business to Hammer Lane Pharmacy in Stockton for pediatric meds.
