I would like to preface this by saying that this was my first time visiting this CVS location. I went to pick up some medicine for my daughter as well as some photos I had ordered 2 days ago. I arrived and I directly went and spoke to the person at the register, Thalen. Thalen was extremely rude and had an aggressive tone and attitude throughout our conversation. I asked him to help me look for the photo I had ordered and he seemed extremely unhappy I had asked for help. Thalen looked once through the pile of orders and told me he was unable to find anything in an extremely emotional way. For a company that prides itself on having good customer service, I can confidently say Thalen is not a good representation of the company. Thankfully, the manager Kim came out to help and was able to find the pictures I had ordered in the same stash Thalen had previously not found them in, this is the only reason why this review has two stars and not one. I will not be visiting this location again.

I went into your store today to get some vitamins. Price listed at 21.99. I go to check out 44. 99 for one bottle of vitamins!!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!!! I told your staff who said it was a price mistake. She didn't even give me the vitamins for the price listed for 21.99. I put them back on the shelf and walked out....... Very bad business!!!!!!!

I was looking for the right kind of oil for my wife and was helped by one of their workers today. They didn't have the right kind that I needed but the customer service was refreshing, he helped me look for what I needed and was very helpful. I didn't get his name but it was pleasant to see somebody with manners.

I should be receiving a check for part time work from the pharmacy. Since I have to constantly call them everytime I need my prescription to be refilled to remind them to process my "automatic" refills ,also the new phone system is garbage I don't want to leave a voicemail for you guys to call me back later. You guys might as well just get a pager, not a phone line, whoever thought that was a good idea needs to be fired or demoted to bathroom duties

I've been shopping at the Standiford CVS for decades. Grace the Pharmacist is the best. !
I always look for the sales and I'm a member and pay $5.00 a month but get much more than that back each month when I shop.

Suzanne in pharmacy is amazing!! Had a very hard time getting our prescription filled due to a clerical error. She worked it out and we are grateful. Thanks to all the pharmacy team! It's not an easy task dealing with stressed customers and insurance companies. It took 4 days to get this done so 4 stars for CVS

Came in while waiting for my table at Texas Roadhouse to pass the time with some friends. The shelves seemed pretty bare, but the store was clean and the staff seemed very nice. With holidays just around the corner, I assume this is the only reason they may be out of certain items

I walked into the store today with a reusable bag and in the middle of my shopping, they suspected me of stealing and using the bag for theft. 3 employees came up, with a bigger lady being the rudest. Today, (Thanksgiving) was the first time I heard and experienced that. It was the fact that she was rude that made me post this. If she would have had a better attitude, then it wouldn't have been an issue. But they assumed and treated me like a criminal when I was obviously shopping, Cashier though, 10/10. Sweet person.

This store is absolutely horrible. Monique and Mary especially. My best friend and I walked in the store. Bought some hair dye at the self check out and as we walked through the parking lot halfway through the parking lot, Mary decided to yell at us asking why we were stealing. Accusing of stealing with no evidence yelling through the parking lot which is ghetto and treating their customers like thieves. If they’re so worried about people stealing, maybe actually check people out instead of just standing around chatting while people self check out.

I was going n this CVS after leaving another one upset. I was trying to print an important picture that I could not find on my phone. Sophan came and as if I needed help while also taking a passport picture and another customer walking out without paying. she remained polite and even looked up how to access my iCloud even though she didn't have an iPhone. she helped me on and off for 30 minutes and I was able to find what I needed, this was priceless to me. we lost a family member and I was in desperate need of the photos. thank you Sophina.

I have been coming to CVS, Standiford for 10 years now and I'm confused by the comments stating staff are rude or unfriendly. I've always been treated with respect and a smile with everyone I've interacted with. As with all pharmacies, there are times when medication has been backorder but this is certainly not the fault of the store or personnel but the suppliers. These people tolerate a lot from demanding customers but I've yet to see any of them show anything but the utmost professionalism and courtesy.

I asked for a consultation on a new prescription. The pharmacist seemed confused, and then, after a few minutes back in the pharmacy, returned to the counter and just flat-out refused to help me, saying that I'd have to go to my doctor's office. They were less than useless.

These days you'll be lucky to actually get into this store any time after 8:00 PM, despite the fact that closing time is 9:00 PM. Yes, I know CVS has that once-a-month computer system reboot thing they do, but this place has been closed by 8:00 PM more often than not lately. Just change the hours already so people won't waste their time!
