I was going n this CVS after leaving another one upset. I was trying to print an important picture that I could not find on my phone. Sophan came and as if I needed help while also taking a passport picture and another customer walking out without paying. she remained polite and even looked up how to access my iCloud even though she didn't have an iPhone. she helped me on and off for 30 minutes and I was able to find what I needed, this was priceless to me. we lost a family member and I was in desperate need of the photos. thank you Sophina.

I have been coming to CVS, Standiford for 10 years now and I'm confused by the comments stating staff are rude or unfriendly. I've always been treated with respect and a smile with everyone I've interacted with. As with all pharmacies, there are times when medication has been backorder but this is certainly not the fault of the store or personnel but the suppliers. These people tolerate a lot from demanding customers but I've yet to see any of them show anything but the utmost professionalism and courtesy.

I asked for a consultation on a new prescription. The pharmacist seemed confused, and then, after a few minutes back in the pharmacy, returned to the counter and just flat-out refused to help me, saying that I'd have to go to my doctor's office. They were less than useless.

These days you'll be lucky to actually get into this store any time after 8:00 PM, despite the fact that closing time is 9:00 PM. Yes, I know CVS has that once-a-month computer system reboot thing they do, but this place has been closed by 8:00 PM more often than not lately. Just change the hours already so people won't waste their time!

Had a partial thyroid removal and my surgeon called in a prescription for generic vicoden 4hrs before my arrival I get there and this younger man ask did I call it in I said no my doctor did he says well its a controlled substance so you have to call too. Makes no sense to me especially at this moment. He talks to the pharmacist and tells me to come back in 3hrs I'm standing there with a bandages on my neck explaining that I'm not sure what my status will be in 3hrs I just had surgery. He says again its a controlled substance we have to follow protocol. I come back 3hrs later by this time I'm starting to feel that my neck had been cut tf opened and they ask more questions. I clearly just had surgery and felt harassed for 12 pills. I can barely talk from having a tube down my throat and I felt like I was being helped by non humans. Not sure what the protocol is when a surgeon calls something in but they need to make it smoother for us patients by the time I got home I was crying from the pain. I'm annoyed and have never had this experience before. Never had surgery before either. Somebody fix it. I hope no one else experiences this.

Absolute trash management. Went 15 minutes before closing...rushed I should say. We needed diapers for the baby and essential items for the night. The manager was escorting customers out of the store 10 minutes before 9, and was refusing entry to us and others. Sorry you hate your job man, but you can't do that. Rude, unprofessional and simply immature. F all y'all!

Since I've moved back to Modesto in 2019, this has been my go to pharmacy! They are the fastest and most organized CVS I've ever picked prescriptions up from. The CVS pharmacy on lander in Turlock could definitely use some of this pharmacy's customer service skills! I've never waited long to get a flu shot, pick up prescriptions, or deal with a refill. They are always on top of everything and they are super nice! Great Pharmacy here! Up front cashiers are decent too. Could be a little more nice/helpful with customers using coupons/asking questions.

Came to CVS today for my second Pfizer vaccine. Business was clean and organized well. All the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. This is my 4th time to this CVS . And every time the employees have been nice. There is a Redbox outside, I pick up movies often .

I used to enjoy shopping at CVS. I went twice to this location and had subpar service. Just happened to be selected for a survey. I was honest on the survey. After I did the not so favorable survey I got banned! Lol. I say I was banned cuz they stopped sending me coupons and specials. I had the app and was signed up by email. So if this how a company treats an honest survey I'm glad I don't shop there anymore Just letting others know in case they do want to continue to shop at Cvs If you get crappy service and are invited to do a survey just be aware they don't want to know the truth.

Needed help to the Kiosk asked and older thin gentleman with glasses for assistance he answered I'll have someone help you an middle aged heavyset woman with no name tag came but before a "Hello Can I help you" she informed me that their not allowed to help customers with the Kiosk! I let this employee know I wasn't sure how to work it and could use her help. This employee continued to help me but it was like her arm was twisted, since there were 3 different ways to transfer photos off my cell this employee said the WiFi was not good in the store since it gets used by pharmacy and in store use so we were going to try bluetooth but the employee told me I had to change the settings on my cell I said really? I wasn't going down that road I told the employee thanks but that's just way too much thanked her as she walked away and said o.k. sat on the chair and slammed this store all over Facebook! Will not be back never had this problem at Walgreens or Walmart

I've been filling my prescriptions here for a few years. Had a few issues, nothing huge until today. My doctor is out sick and I ran out of refills. The receptionist at his office sent back the fax from CVS with their office stamp. I went down to the store, and was rudely told my rx had been denied, so there was nothing they could do. I totally understand the laws they must adhere to, but being told that's just how it is and the emergency room is my only recourse for important medicine in such a cold and unkind manner is just unbelievable. I started crying in the store and the tech says, oh god she's crying now, and just left. Luckily the pharmacist was incredibly kind and stepped in to finish talking to me. I felt humiliated and embarrassed. She made me feel like I was being ridiculous. As soon as I can, all my meds are going to mail order.

By far the worst 1person tells you that your prescription will be ready on certain day and you call back to make sure and someone else tells you a different day . Im pissed ,get it together people.

Tried exchanging some diapers here for a bigger size but didn't have a receipt as they were given to me at my child's baby shower. They refused to exchange and pretty much accused me of theft as they "couldn't exchange at that store due to high theft". RIDICULOUS! I took my diapers to a different cvs and exchanged them with no problems. What a headache and a hassle!
