I absolutely love shopping at CVS! It’s so convenient, and their rewards system is one of the best out there—I save so much money just by shopping here regularly instead of buying in bulk elsewhere. Everything is always well-organized, which makes it easy to find what I need and get in and out quickly. CVS has become my go-to spot for everyday essentials!

Not loyal I got my vaccine first dos and rest was supposed to be complete but unfortunately when I got there they said there is nothing left and my all vaccine is done but it was not they don’t have enough experience to know what they have to do I am wondering if I can talk to the above who are on the head of them unfortunately with this customer service people are going to west by sickness and those who have medical problems

Withheld medication for infection. Absolutely heartless lady pharmacist. This is a heartless company go to Gil's pharmacy Walgreens anywhere else but here they sent me home to die.

Just have to say I had the best experience at this pharmacy today, Joseph took the time and explained a way that I could get a more affordable price for my medication and saved me more than $100. He took the time to explain how the app worked and did it on both of my medication’s. Not only that, but Angelica and Alexis were super helpful and had my medication out less than five minutes. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my prescriptions they were great!

Need to stock up, especially allergy season. We're completely out of Nasacort and it's the only spray that works for me. Had to purchase another spray and it's not working at all for me. Now I have to go and look for Nasacort somewhere else and loose the money I spent today. It's pharmacy you would think they would be stocked with everything needed for healthcare and emergencies

Worst service ever. Changing pharmacies. Not sure who gets hired at this establishment, but the pharmacists and their staff are AWFUL. What a joke. Went here for years and then moved due to incompetence and their shitty/childish attitude. My new pharmacy closed and our stuff got sent back here by default I imagine. Complaints: *On hold for 15 min. Minimum every time I call *Horrible attitude from staff - I'm bothering them. That's the vibe *Incorrect timeliness - 15 min. But it's really 30 min to an hour *Promised a time from the app, go in, pharmacist tells me it'll be another hour, I protest and now it's 15 min. Again - incorrect and inconsistent time frames, will I get my prescription today? Who knows, because I had the audacity to trust the pharmacists at CVS on Carpenter. *Told by staff to wait while they mix an antibiotic. I ask her - you'll call me right, when the med is filled? Yes. Me - shopping for A WHILE. Bc you know, I'm WAITING. Name gets called and staff laughs and says they thought I left. I'd been waiting the entire time and reminded her that my name was supposed to be called???? She just laughed and said again how they thought I'd left and it's been ready for a while. Zero stars.
