Pharmacy people are so slow just watch them.. been waiting on a controlled substance cause I'm sick and in pain. They don't want to fill it. Had an argument with one of the pharmacist they just suck!!!! Need a new place.. all cvs stores I've been to are terrible..

I live closer to CVS on Floyd but I go to 801 oakdale because of the people in the pharmacy.They are always helpful and efficient.

If you are on any controlled medication don't go to this pharmacy. The pharmacist was very rude because I came in too early for my refill and was picking up all my other medication. There is this heir about her and the way she looks at you when involving controlled medications. She needs to work on her tone. I've never had a problem with Kaiser. The managing pharmacist is very nice and helpful. Just steer clear when the other pharmacist is there.

As of today, I would advise all patients take your prescriptions elsewhere. They will not answer their phones, respond to faxes. I waited on hold for nearly 2 hours on 9/30/23 -only to be hung up on when finally answered. Not sure if this is in issue of under staffing- in which case I would say to CVS District Management- hire more pharmacy technicians! This service issue is hurting patients.

Not understanding why every other month you are out of stock of a certain medication that I’ve been getting monthly from CVS 801 OAKDALE RD FOR THE PAST 10 years. This has been happening since February 2023. Now it’a not just every other month it’s for two months in a row! Usually this pharmacy handles all of my prescriptions promptly and every month no problem, now I get no explanation as to why you’re “out f stock” and don’t know when it’s guna be available. I’ve done everything I can talked to everyone I could but I can’t just switch pharmacies like that. Usually pt says they order every day so why has it been two months no nothing just another trip to ER because CVS doesn’t have it in stock?! Jan, Feb, Apr, July, and August!!!!! Why is this ok? And where is my prescriptions really going cause at this point I have a bad feeling about the whole situation. On my app it says it’s filled but I call and the PTs tell me they don’t have a clue. 10+ years this what I got to go thru this year let alone these last two months.

15 years been going here since I was first diagnosed with Lupus never had a problem till this year!!!! 4 months outta 8 my prescription refill "was not in stock" then for the past two months they can't tell me when they will be in stock. I've been hospitalized from complications of not having my prescription refilled. I've never missed my medication but now all of a sudden I get no explanation or alternative or help an estimate of when to check back.Its not like I can switch pharmacy, other CVS won't take new clients! I've tried everything now I'm pursuing legal advice or action. My health has declined rapidly lack of care and support or information as to why I'm not getting no help.

My parents used to go to the pharmacy next door, but they closed and my parents transferred all their prescriptions to CVS. CVS liked to call my parents and tell them their prescription is ready for pick up only for my parents to get there and nothing is ready for pick up.My dad was prescribed an OTC drug. My mom went to pick it up and they wouldn't give it to her telling her to buy it OTC. She had to tell them several times it was prescribed before they would check. Even though there are refills for this prescription, my mom is too scared to ask for this to be filled again.Then I have to act as a middle man between CVS and the doctors to get some prescriptions refilled because they don't seem to talk to each other. We didn't have this problem with the other pharmacy. I've transferred all the prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

don’t print posters here. i sent these for my brothers room and they completely cut off the top and bottom they didnt fit it into the poster even though the file size is small enough? even with the smaller poster it’s cut off at the bottom and top. since they enlarged it like this it lowered the quality of the image. i paid over $50 for this and it’s not what i wanted at all. i didn’t see anything when ordering that said they would not fit. hopefully i can return and get a refund.

My favorite CVS for cosmetics, snacks, vaccinations, and other frivolities. (I don't have prescriptions anywhere.) In the hellscape that is 2023 retail, this CVS consistently is well-stocked and looking tidily abundant, has reasonably accurate shelf tags, and has working self-checkout machines. Staff are always pleasant. Pharma did my last covid vaccine update efficiently and painlessly. The major reason I'm not going 5 stars is that I don't want you going in expecting it'll be the retail experience from before 2020, because nothing anywhere is. Every time I try a different store, I regret it because they don't measure up to this one.

I have never had a poor experience here. It is generally so-so. Nothing to complain about. But yesterday I came in for a prescription and then shopped the after Christmas sale.When I went to check out, the cashier was so out of this world friendly and kind. Above and beyond the regular service. I could not remember the phone number associate with my "rewards" and he helped me start a new "membership". He was patient when I asked the prices of 2 different things. He smiled and made me welcomed. I am a 55+ aged person. This cashier was in his 20's. I was so impressed.So, cashier number Cashier #1913887 (and if I trust my receipt, his name may be David), thank you for your amazing service. It was truly appreciated.
