I don’t like rating bad about places, but they cut my dogs leg and didn’t want to admit that they had done it. They called and let me know she was almost finished, but asked if she had a cut on her leg that I had known about. I said no, but maybe she had cut herself when we went camping the weekend before. They offered to glue it shut to let it heal and I said ok to that. When I got her back I could tell that that was a new cut and it wasn’t something she had previously. It was fairly large and we had gone to the vet the day before for a yearly check up so I know for a fact it wasn’t there before. She also wouldn’t lay on it and was whining from it that night. When the glue came off I saw that it was actually a really large and deep wound. I took her to the vet and she had to get stitches. My $100 bath for her turned into $1000. Most expensive bath I’ve ever gotten for a dog. If they had just owned up to it and told me they accidentally cut her I wouldn’t be writing this. But I won’t be going back and I’d advise to be cautious taking your dogs here since I’ve seen other reviews of dogs getting cuts here as well.

We've been going here for over 4 years. Staff is great and they usually do a good job but they do have a history of skipping her dewclaw when trimming her nails. Between 2020-2022 we probably had to return 12+ times the day after her grooming appointment to get her dewclaw done.
Since 2023 we've specified to please make sure her dewclaws are trimmed and it worked until late 2023 or early 2024. My dogs dewclaw didn't get trimmed a couple times and grew back into her costing 420 dollars at the vet. Contacted them a few times and it took the owner of the company 4 weeks to return my call and then she gave a half hearted apology, I won't be returning or recommending Dees grooming anymore.

Amazing, amazing, amazing!!! Our newest addition to our family was scruffy and timid before being groomed. I was worried he might not do well. When I picked him up, he was a whole new pup! Dee's did an amazing job.

Love this place when I first got my baby I wasn’t properly combing her Dee took her time to show me and give me directions to go home and work on then bring her back! Staff are always very friendly
