Top tier customer service, after being in 15-20 jewelry stores recently this one stood out from the rest by far. They offered to clean the engagement ring my fiance had on and gave us waters. Lina was an amazing consultant and offered great advice. Prices are solid, and they've got additional discounts on the price listed. I only got my wedding band but I'll be back for my watch. I'll be surprised if you don't find something you like here!

We purchased my engagement ring here in 2021 and I’m still in love with it. Honest company with great prices! We bought my fiancée wedding band at Devon’s in Sacramento and just bought 2 gold chains at Devon’s in Stockton.

I went here looking for a wedding band and was underwhelmed by their selection. The store it's self was nice that's why I gave two stars. I was not a fan of the customer service. They seemed friendly enough but were rude when talking about my engagement ring. I don't know if they thought it was okay to say because I got it somewhere else but I was very offended. They called my near colorless diamond yellow. They also made comments on how plain my band was. I understand upselling to a customer but making small rude comments about a piece a guest already has, especially a new engagement ring, is not the way to get customers. I will not go back and I do not recommend going there. Because of their selection alone it's not worth going to.

Went in to Devon's to get an anniversary gift for my husband and I. Had an amazing experience Thanks to Mr. Molesworth, he was very helpful and best part is he was never a pushy salesman, that is a big plus. Last thing you want to encounter is a pushy salesperson. This is the second time I buy jewelry from Devon's, I highly recommend them. Will definitely be back whenever I want to get another jewelry piece. Customer service was excellent both from Mr. Molesworth and from Ms. Cuca.
